Making caps so hard to open is ridiculous. IMO ❌️⭕️
It sounds like the full-size is a pump top, ……but it doesn’t exactly encourage me to want to buy their product if I can’t get the cap off🤬 🐫💖
That is bizarre how hard the top was to open. Why make it so hard to open???
From what they indicated in their second communication to me, they think it was due to hot weather/pressure changes while in transport. At least you were able to wrestle it open., after we did their hot water trick.🐫💖
