The bar of soap was free and randomly given to some boxes. I’m from 🇨🇦 and been a member for a number of years and never received anything for free from FFF. I would have been really happy to receive the soap.

I wonder why they gave you the laundry detergent strips those weren’t even from customization three those were from customization five. I did choose the laundry detergent strips and I like them. TFS
I think they just threw in whatever they had available, and hoped I wouldn’t notice. When I make my selections for any box, I write it down along with the stated value. At least they did give me a store credit, and this was the first time in two years with them that I’ve had an issue. Thanks for stopping by, hope all is good in your neck of the woods.🐫💖
That’s poor you don’t get the umbrella seen in the PR boxes. At least they worked with you in it. It would have been nice to source more umbrellas and send them to everyone.
I know others got the soap as a freebie too. But I don't think the umbrella is equal to the laundry strips. $30 credit is nice. I think they just ran out of the item. The Tony Moly Pumpkin eye cream is so adorable!!!!

I haven't had those laundry sheets but I do love them. So easy to use. If the smell works for you. ❌️⭕️
I might try them, just out of curiosity. Or I might save them for a friend that has a hard time carrying in large containers of laundry soap.
