I totally loved the Powerpuff Girls as a kid. I grew up with watching the show. And, I totally think a lot of these villains had made themselves icons throughout the series like HIM, Mojo, the Rowdyruff Boys, Sedusa, Princess, the Gangreen Gang, Fuzzy and the Amoeba Boys. To me, those villains are one of the series' most iconic villains, along with being the girls most evil rivals, also being the shows most recognized baddies.

Even to this day, I still have his creepy voice ringing in my head, which shows just how iconic and impactful his character was. And as an adult, that opinion hasn’t changed one bit. Though, I will say that among the villains in the series, Mojo ranks number 2 on that list, especially when you watch The Powerpuff Girls Movie, and Mojo is able to manipulate the girls into taking over Townsville for him.

He said that Mojo's voice was originally meant to sound like "A demented Peter Lorre," but then they realized there was already a 90's cartoon character with that kind of voice: Ren Hoek from 'Ren and Stimpy.' So, the show creator Craig McCracken contacted Jackson and told him to instead go for a "Samurai" kind of voice. Jackson recalled some old samurai films he liked watching when he was younger, and said in his best imitation of those movies' characters' voices, "You mean- a like- a this?" Craig loved how it sounded, and it became Mojo's official voice.

I mean as a kid HIM was terrifying. As an adult though I kind of love them for the schemes, the fact that they are a decent early representation of queer culture, and those killer heeled boots they wear. SLAY, queen, just don’t slay people.

All the villains are so entertaining. Even though the Gang Green Gang are just a bunch of ruffians, I really liked episodes centred around them!

Oh my goodness I love the Powerpuff girls that show was like amazing I even consider 2 of my girl friends as like sisters. My favorite villain in this show is most definitely Him I just find Him a very cool villain I agree Him is number one.
