I have a perfect recommendation for Caleb (if he haven't read this already) involving sci-fi, misunderstood genius and religious themes - The Eden series by Chris Beckett. I have the last (at least I think it is the final book in the series) waiting for me but I think he would like it. I have read it in translation to polish so I am not sure if he would like the wordplay in this book, but for me it was the best part. Hope you would see this and forward him my recommendation. Need to spread the love for my new favorite book is too strong to not leave this comment ;)
