Ditch the big book and I'd highly, highly recommend picking up an RFI blocking wallet or small travel purse. Keep your purse across the body and hanging in the front.
Bring at least one long sleeved item for plane / buildings where the AC is on blast! Is extra cold when you’re also sleep deprived. Ditch the big book, you’ll want more room for things you buy. I promise.
TITSOAK babyyy. As a flight attendant, your jelly pop socket should be fine! ✈heads up! some airlines don't allow the feet hammocks and if they do make sure you're in a window seat so you're not blocking egress in an emergency 💙 i hope y'all have an AMAZING TRIP!! I hope to come next time 🥰

We did three weeks and I had one carry on, so it can be done. Roll your clothes and most cities have a laundry that will do your laundry while you explore. Halfway through the trip we were in Belfast for a day before we took a ferry over to Scotland and thats where we found a laundry. Have a fun trip!
Yepp, backpacked in hostels for a month. It was a lot of hand washing and then laundry the two times we stayed with people we knew/in a hostel with a washer haha.
I'm impressed that you say you're not a seasoned traveller but are doing carry-on only. I've travelled to a lot of countries and still struggle with overpacking. : D Have a great trip! Bali is gorgeous.
Safe travels! I hope you have the absolute best time! Ps highly recommend a hoodie, for the plane. Also if you’re someone who is perpetually thirsty, bring a reusable water bottle, unsure of Bali but a lot of airports and resorts have refill stations. Can’t wait to see the travel vlogs!

have the most amazing time!!! it might not be something you can prevent but be super careful about not drinking drinks with ice cubes/uncooked veggies washed in the water/etc. in bali. I got so sick when I was there and tried to be careful but was unsuccessful. you crushed the packing! enjoy!!!
oo one more thing - if Caleb also has airpods, you can share play music / tv shows from your phone. that's what my fiance and I did during our 3 weeks of travel when we wanted to watch our show while traveling or listen to podcasts at the same spot!
I would’ve loved to have gone on this trip as Bali is a place on my bucket list I’d love to tick off (and also hanging out with the best people ❤) - but currently trying to buy my first home so kinda broke 😂 but maybe one day 😊❤

Protip- if u put the kindle in airplane mode before your book expires, Libby can't "disappear" a book when it expires and you can finish it
Some software versions removed this and the Libby return date is set on your Kindle. So, just know, sometimes that won’t work.
