Are you looking at Lynchburg VA for a possible move? Thinking about relocating to Virginia...and Lynchburg Virginia is on your list? Or, maybe you're an investor...a first time home buyer...someone who wants to downsize...or a Liberty University Student. The townhomes at Tavern Grove could be a great option for you.
These townhomes are close the airport, Liberty University, and the only Chli's Restaurant in town. ("I want my baby back, baby back, baby back...) Like 5 minutes close. They are also close to Wards Rd, which has a bunch of shopping and restaurants, including Sam's Club, Walmart, Target, and more.
For a budget price of around $215,000 to $255,000 you could get a two or three bedroom place. Some even have a basement. You have lower Campbell County taxes. And Campbell County recently made it a bit easier to do a short term rental (think AirBnB) on your property. (There are specific restrictions, but it's better than it was.)
Now, you won't have some of things you'll find in other townhome developments; new construction, a pool, or a clubhouse. But if you want to save $30,000 to $50,000 dollars on a purchase, you might like these homes...if you can jump on one when it gets listed.

Nice area JD and reasonably priced. The 2 bedroom for 214K would make a nice purchase for a rental unit. Liberty flames were on fire this year, but unfortunately got destroyed at the end. It was depressing, but the players worked hard all season for a perfect record.
