Bolts require loctite and the rear bolt on the back left is alignment bolt that's why it's conical shape like some wheel lug nuts. It's used to center the mount so that the trans is in line with the cv axle geometry and must be tightened first. That bolt probably walked out that's why it was loose and why it was partially damaged. Good thing it wasn't all damaged. Looks like either factory didn't use loctite or someone did the job already and cleaned the old loctite off and didn't reapply it. Bolt will eventually walk out again in time.

If you get a vibration while acceleration under 15 mph after the job is completely done then the trans isn't inline must loosen up the bolts and tighten the conical style bolt first.

You forgot to show how to remove the bolt under the battery tray... I've watched this video 3x and couldn't figure out why the tray still wouldn't come out until i looked up ford battery tray and seen the blow up of the bolt
What year is your Taurus? Im thinking of just going ahead and changing this mount since I already changed the lower torque transmission mount on my 2010 Taurus Limited

Hope you use locke tight and put bolts 🔩 straight. You strip nut 🤪 it's inside subframe ...
