Really helpful video, Intel i7 13700KF with Prime B760 Plus user right here. I looked up for the symptoms of the failure, never experienced any of these but I tend to leave my PC on most of the time. Updating the BIOS and applying suggested settings just in case.

You should always update the BIOS to the latest version.

@@fiktug7262 First try to disable intel adaptive boost technology. If that doesn't work update your motherboard to BIOS version 1663.
