Details after further testing the Handle Saddle:
The fat tyre of this MUni is extremely affected by cambered surfaces (even in the case of a slight road camber). Adjusting the seat height or tyre pressure don't help much. But keeping a hand on the handle makes riding on cambered surfaces a lot easier.
The length of the Mad4One "Handle Saddle M" is somehow exactly what I needed for its height. I only wish the handle was a little higher (maybe a little longer, too) and have more space for my butt in the seat.
The seatpost only allows a small angle of inclination for the Handle Saddle. But probably all seatposts on the market are designed this way.
In my case, the biggest problems that I have with this saddle are:
1) the brake lever is too low and I barely reach it with my fingers;
2) the saddle keeps falling backwards and only the handle stops me from riding with seat out back (a skill which I haven't learned, yet).
The best thing about this saddle is that the handle is integrated in the saddle. It doesn't weight much compared to the traditional saddles and handles (that attach to the saddle or to the seatpost) and it isn't big either.
My final conclusion:
Mad4One Handle Saddle is a real revolution in unicycling. Of course, the saddle handle can be improved and it could be designed to satisfy more specific needs. But for now, the "Handle Saddle M" may be the best saddle you can get for MUni.
