you may want to do search on this 👉is your d3 toxic? "Yes, rat poison uses cholecalciferol, vitamin D3, because it's toxic to rats. Rat baits are laced with D3 as it is fairly effective as a poison." about 10 years ago i went to the store to find rat poison and there was only one ingredient in it at the time 👉"cholecalciferol" not laced with it, but the whole ingredient.

I'm not disagreeing with the information here, but when we talk about studies & research or published findings, you gotta ask yourself who funded it, nothing about the system we find ourselves in, will do or say or suggest ANYTHING that's in our best intrest. Look what's been to our food & water by design on purpose by the same one's funding all of these studies & research.

What is always conveniently overlooked or ignored in these "studies" is that no mineral acts alone in the body. To properly absorb calcium, the body needs the right amount of magnesium, as well as D3, zinc and even boron. Same with all the other nutrients; they work together. The idea of just taking calcium alone is silly and disingenuous; but that is what the medical industry has been doing for decades.

Because Sciatic Nerve Pain/Sciatica comes on with age and can be crippling, B vitamins and Calf's liver are important, but Krill oil can perfect the elimination of crippling nerve pain.
Arthritis pain can be quickly banished by taking a 2 mg Copper Gluconate capsule with a big gulp of water.
Gout can cause foot swelling and Aleve is recommended but I have found taking 2 aspirin with the Aleve makes it much more effective.
Mental cognition decline can be banished by taking a DMAE (Di-Methyl Amino Ethanol) tablet every day for a cost of about 6 cents per tablet.
To trim down abdominal fat that accumulates with aging metabolism decline, HMB (Beta Hydroxy Beta Methyl Butyrate Monohydrate) taken with D3 has been found very effective. Cost is about 25 cents per capsule.
