What happens if one is over 150 y/o? Should one just give up on life & die at long last?
I’m a 53 yo female. I take three supplements a day and they are D3 with K2, magnesium and Omega 3. If I’m sick I take vitamin C too.
you may want to do search on this 👉is your d3 toxic? "Yes, rat poison uses cholecalciferol, vitamin D3, because it's toxic to rats. Rat baits are laced with D3 as it is fairly effective as a poison." about 10 years ago i went to the store to find rat poison and there was only one ingredient in it at the time 👉"cholecalciferol" not laced with it, but the whole ingredient.
Why those vitamins?
Most people are magnesium deficient, omega 3 as it calms one and helps with longevity, and d3&k2 to help with healthy calcium movement.@@geno5169
@@geno5169 They're good nutrients; that's why!
if you take too much, you get diarrhea (500 mg or more).
Have Calcium Citrate + D3+ K2 (MK7), this will reduce the risk of calcification of arteries and help in bone Mineralization
Did you say calcium citrate.. it’s magnesium citrate.. nobody pv
Nobody over 45 yrs should take calcium supplements
They tell you not to take calcium because calcium reduces your level of oxalates in your body, which is a good thing. Consuming many plants actually increases your level of oxalates. Remember, from their perspective, a healthy person is a lost customer.
@@perisndirangu1018 I think its calcium citrate vs calcium carbonate.

I'm not disagreeing with the information here, but when we talk about studies & research or published findings, you gotta ask yourself who funded it, nothing about the system we find ourselves in, will do or say or suggest ANYTHING that's in our best intrest. Look what's been to our food & water by design on purpose by the same one's funding all of these studies & research.
Exactly well said they are killing us to our food through the air we breathe through the water we drink etc. I like this video only because I watch Dr. Berg and he is saying the same things!
What is always conveniently overlooked or ignored in these "studies" is that no mineral acts alone in the body. To properly absorb calcium, the body needs the right amount of magnesium, as well as D3, zinc and even boron. Same with all the other nutrients; they work together. The idea of just taking calcium alone is silly and disingenuous; but that is what the medical industry has been doing for decades.
Every vitamin is needed, if we're getting it from the food we eat don't have to buy from the pharmacy. If not we will have to.
@@pauladuckett9681 I think for a very long time now the food has had a lot of the naturally occurring nutrients gmo'd out of it by design. That's just my opinion.
It is optional; if you don't believe, don't take them! After all they're supplements!
😢Thank you, l learn something today because I am 75 years old.
Still fit and healthy,
You totally sure about that? You might be 76, but your parents had always concealed that from you cannily.
Good on you! You have a healthy attitude and a willingness to never stop learning or make positive changes. I’m also in my 70s. I have no health issues, I’m careful about what I eat, I exercise regularly, never need a doctor, but visit a naturopath regularly (at least once a year) for advice on diet, supplements etc.
No Vitamin A
No Calcium
No Iron
❤❤❤❤❤
Bottom Line!! 💯
Thanks!
Thanks

What about if you are taking a multi vitamin and it has vitamin A and iron in it?
I am a breast cancer warrior. 2 months ago, had my surgery. My doctor told me to take multi Vitamin with mineral, Vitamin C and Vitamin B complex. What do you think? I am also taking Calcium with Vitamin D everyday.
Thank you for sharing.
As of now I am taking Multivitamin & Minerals,
Magnesium Citrate 150mg & Whole Fish Oil 1200 mg. I am 76yr.old
Most of my research has come to the exact same conclusion.
Thank you. As of now I am regularly taking Magnesium Citrate 150 mg, Multivitamin & Minerals and Alaskan Salmon Whole Fish Oil 1200 mg. I am 75yrs. old. Is it ok woth me?. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much for verifying that I am on the right track with my supplement regimen. Due to lots of research over the past 2 years, and a major diet change, I'm on the right track with my health, and I feel so much better overall.
Thank you so much. Just subscribed. I live the knowledge that I learned.

Thank you so much for the information!
Great video. Good guide to us elderly folks .Thank you 😊
I am past 50 and I know that I do not take enough of those supplements. But I will, definitely. They are very good.
Very interesting. I'm 58 and a heart bypass patient on lots of medications.
Eggs, beef, butter and bacon. That's all you need.
Magnesium and Zinc are the only supplement i take and I see the improvement my sleep, mood and disappeared muscle inflammation i suffered almost every night.
TY TY appreciate the advice :) from SE Texas Bear 💯🙏
I've taken iron and vitamin a for a month, simply because I'm deficient in everything... the trick is not to over do it, and make sure that you use vitamin c with iron and pace your zince, magnesium and copper away feom iron... i took vitamin a for a month in low doses because i could barely see in moderate light! This has helped substantially... but now focusing on everything else.
*This* and you're right on how to take them too.
I take d/k only 4 times a week and that keeps me in the happy zone when I get tested every year or 2. (5000 iu)
What you forgot while making this video is you totally ignore the fact that people above 50 start developing deficiencies mostly due to lack of nutrition absorption in the gut and stomach too. That’s where doctors see the test results and prescribe supplements. People rarely get over the counter such supplements needlessly.
Very valuable information
Thanks

Because Sciatic Nerve Pain/Sciatica comes on with age and can be crippling, B vitamins and Calf's liver are important, but Krill oil can perfect the elimination of crippling nerve pain.
Arthritis pain can be quickly banished by taking a 2 mg Copper Gluconate capsule with a big gulp of water.
Gout can cause foot swelling and Aleve is recommended but I have found taking 2 aspirin with the Aleve makes it much more effective.
Mental cognition decline can be banished by taking a DMAE (Di-Methyl Amino Ethanol) tablet every day for a cost of about 6 cents per tablet.
To trim down abdominal fat that accumulates with aging metabolism decline, HMB (Beta Hydroxy Beta Methyl Butyrate Monohydrate) taken with D3 has been found very effective. Cost is about 25 cents per capsule.

I’m 56! I just started taking magnesium! With multivitamins! I never taken k2 or D! I live in Pennsylvania! So I should take vitamin D!
@@geno5169 yes and make sure you take it with K2.
Take blood test for d3 so you will know if you are deficient or low.mine is dificient so i take d3,k2,magnessium glycinate
Awesome Info and I'm definitely sharing!! THANK YOU!!! ❤
Nuts seeds and a bite of real butter. 👍 You win. Add oranges or lemon into the diet for vitamin c. Vitamin c is great for pushing the other vitamins throughout the body. I love food. Mmmm 😊
I've researched calcium supplements and at every one they're saying not to take calcium supplements to get it in the foods
@@Jane-nv4vv it’s ok to take calcium as long as you take it with d3 and k2. The d3 and k2 helps calcium get into the bones and not the arteries.
Gracias. God bless you.
Thanks! Now on to looking for K2!
2 eggs a day gives you enough k2 😊 sauerkraut, chicken , beef liver , eels , other sources of k2 😊
Amazon has tons of different choices of K2, not that expensive either.
Thank you for that wonderful advice may God bless u abundantly.
Thank you Thank you!!
I am lactose intolerant. What should I do other the calcium pills? I use almond milk.
Silk Almond milk had a bad listeria recall in Canada.
Aged cheese does not have lactose. Cheddar sharp is one.
You can get lactose free milk. 🎉

People, take my uncle's advice, he lived to 98 and did not take any supplements or vitamin pills, but every night would have what he called his long life elixir, a shot of Christian Brothers Brandy. 😁
I went to Christian Brothers schools for 12 years; they never told me about their famous brandy. I'll drink to that! lol
Your "uncle" was just "Lucky".

My doctor prescribed 3500 milligrams calcium citrate for me because I had total thyroidectomy last year.
Thanksssssss❤
Thanks for the confirmation! What about Enzyme supplements such as PrarieNaturals Enzyme Force?
Thank you so much. Hare Krishna.
Best information I ever received about supplements !
I do not take calcuim! I get tested for iron levels... and am always just a little low. My main point is my grandmother took calcium forever. And had a masive heart attack. Why she took it IDK. But she would send it to me and also. And I would throw it out. Thank goodness. Grandma was the perfect sign of health, still taking walks at 85. Trying to incourage my poor grandfather, who was born with 1 chamber of his heart not working. And at 76 was sent home to die because his heart was too tired...
I am also taking caltrate 30 mg twice a day!
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you. Your content is always valuable!!
Great source of information for your well being physically and mentally!

Thanks. Excellent information. Great help, !
Very good, thanks!
Many thanks for the meaningful hints ; to avoid three (3) vitamins supplements and focus on five(5) vitamins supplements. However, getting the vitamins through food is highly preferred.
Agreed we should get everything we need from foods. Biggest concern is that every thing is sprayed with herbicides or other pesticides. 😢 So what happens to all of the benefits in the food!?😮
Awesome advice. Especially consult your doctor. Most of us just blindly take supplements. Thanks
Doctors won’t tell you about natural cures
They don’t make money
My calcium is normal I was just tested but I have my liver slightly off. Then I slightly have my Bon/Creatinine Ratio is slightly off.

Thank you, excellent advice
Thank you - very informative and reassuring as I do take D3, K2, Mk7; C, . I’ll add B12 as I don’t take it atm. Also I take Quercetin to help with nasal drip but it seems to aid stomach and digestion- can you comment on this one? Thank you.
