    Fun fact - your torso is half a bag of air, because lungs. The grunt prevents the air from escaping which makes the torso more rigid so it can transfer leverage from one side of the body to another. Which is just another way of saying that it makes you stronger.

He had such a bad infection he almost lost his arm from the elbow down. It was bad.
      No matter how small the wound, always take the two minutes to clean it out and bandage it up. You don’t need to run the risk of a very nasty infection. Better still, put the claw on the shaft of the nail, and tip the hammer to the side instead of in the direction of the curve. If they are a finish type of nail, just pull the head of the nail through the wood instead of trying to get a hold of the head and pulling it out.

    TOP REASONS FOR PERMITTING ISSUES:
    1. Little people in big jobs.
    2. Neighbor across the street has not paid the inspector the bribe required to issue the rest of the DEMOLITION ONLY PERMIT! (The neighbor's are really going to enjoy the view once the house and pool are totally gone.)
    3. The origional builder/owner did not have a permit to build it originally in the 1950's. SOOOOOOOO now there is no record of it's existence! ( They can't issue a demo permit on something that doesn't exist. )
    4. The lawsuit from the people down the hill has not been settled yet! ( They are suing for personal damages caused when the removal of the trees and shrubbery had exposed the nudists whom live below to prying eyes. )

    • @adamhoeg1311
      @adamhoeg1311 2 дня назад

      Dude… you’re kidding, right? You have to be kidding.
      There is NO electrical. There is NO plumbing. There is NO roof. There is nothing. They HAD to take the electrical and plumbing out to take the roof off, and they HAD to rebuild the roof from scratch….all the wood beneath the roof was damaged since it was a flat roof.
      You have literally no idea what you are talking about.
      Everything you listed that was “done wrong” literally doesn’t exist anymore….

    • @adamhoeg1311
      @adamhoeg1311 2 дня назад

      Oh, and they are going to replace all the windows that need replacing. They are old, and rotted, and they are MORE than well aware. Custom windows like that take 6 months to a year to be made and to come in, and the structure of the house needs to be in place first. You don’t put windows into a new construction house until the man frame and roof are on. You know literally nothing.
