It’s a effect called Frequency Shifter there are multiple Frequency Shifter Plugins the one I used the Kilohearts Frequency Shifter I also used the OTT Plugin it’s not required but it just made it a little better it’s good for Untuned Chromatics like Picos fine for voice lines but not so great sounding on tuned Chromatics I tried it didn’t sound pretty
