yes belgium has EBA bells too. but the text is in french due of Belgium begin half dutch & half french. since it lives between 2 country borders
(netherlands & france)

Belgium is 50% dutch & 50% france. basicly were you are closer too.
the bell mentioned on video had in France Langauge. its not a french crossing. its in belgium. and belgium speaks france too
