I didn’t know skykomish had a miniature railroad. I pass by there at least once a week, completely obviously.
The scenic sub does have less action then other places, but it makes up for it with great scenery. Great job capturing both!

Sounds like you had an epic National Train Day as well, I was railfanning around Everett this day too! Also, I think I saw you on the Skykomish cam!
It sure was an epic day! Also you must’ve seen me on the camera, I was at skykomish for 3-4 hours
Is this Stevens pass, kindve close to Leavensworth? I'm lane and went to that tourist town and loved it! Lol. Anyways, Im probably wrong and this is nowhere near there :)
Yes this is Stevens pass, it’s about 40 miles west of Leavenworth
It looks like they have really increased the number of trains on the Scenic Subdivision.
It used to be about 18, now it’s 22-24
Northwest Rail Videography I think it might be even more than that. It looked like a busy day up there for you guys.
Josh Emmons it’s 24. We waited a while for some of these and we chased a few. But it was decently busy
