I haven’t been able to refresh the AltStore since I installed it the first time. I always get some kind of error code but when I fix it the way it says to, it still doesn’t work
When it says "operation timed out" after trying to sign in with your apple ID when using Altstore so I synced my iphone on icloud on my computer and it fixed the problem for me. I was able to sign in.
some stuff i made a mistake on so u won't is that if the icloud thing won't sign in its because you installed the wrong icloud, download the one that the altserver one gives you because the official icloud doesn't work. Then the developer mode can be found in settings, privacy & security, then click on developer mode and turn it on. After that restart your phone and you should be good.

I had this same problem, I just uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled. Don't forget to double check the pop up icons and make sure you keep iTunes open throughout this process once you reinstall

I had the same issue :) I just fixed it today. you need to move icloud to the Apple folder. This can be found in Program Files 86x-Common files
