Wowzers, that was really cool. Thanks Kit! A glimpse into another time always fascinates me and makes me smile. I just don't understand people who are lucky enough to experience such wonderful stuff, not ditching their phones!?! Of course, when I spotted that blue police call box, the bells in my brain started jangling, "Dr. Who, Dr.Who!" Yesss! The swans on the misty lake...gorgeous!💕💕😘
Thank you, sweet Barbara. Always a delight to hear from you. 💕 Yes, mobile phones are annoying, but since I had mine out for literally the entire day, I guess I must also wear the hat of shame! Lol 🤣 (Although, I wasn't talking on mine!) 😇 I knew someone would get all Dr Who on me. Never thought it would be you. 😜 And ah, swan lake! Such a magical morning. 😍 Thanks for watching. See you next time. 🤗😘x
Thank you, so much. That's just what I love to hear. The next is already uploaded and scheduled, and the three after that are filmed and being edited. Only a week to wait, my friend. 😉👍😘x
Hey, Ange, glad you enjoyed it. I was experimenting with less talking, hoping for relaxing rather than soporific, so I'm pleased you found it so. Thanks for watching. See you next time. 💕😘x
Glad the night wasn't as bad as you thought it might be! It looks nice and peaceful. Oh wow that is one long cargo train. As the coincidence is, one is passing me by right as I'm watching that bit in your video 😂 (I live next to train tracks, they go by regularly.. but still! haha). The lake/pnd looks beautiful! The swans and ducks and geese 😍. It looks very beautiful and peaceful there! Wow, those swans don't mind you being so close, amazing! So much nice and different pieces of music in this video! Love it. Haha. We have a train museum in the Netherlands, I've been there a few times. Only a few cities in NL have trams, I have seen them and been in them, but they aren't near my area so it's a rare occurance. I prefer wearing socks in my sandals, the feel of bare feet in any kind of sandal or shoe feels very uncomfortable to me (it's a sensory thing for me). I know most people don't like how it looks. I only take off my socks if it's really hot. Nice to go on the tram! 'Centraal Station' one of the trams says, that's Dutch for 'central station' (probably Flemish too, so it could be a Belgian one, I'm not that knowledgable in trams). Aww the horse statue! In the Netherlands there is a certain train type that has an upstairs, trams or usual buses don't here as far as I know (exception are coaches that are hired by ie schools to go on a trip or such, but they're a different kind of bus than the one that drives a set route for anyone). Exciting to go upstairs! Oh wow changing seats' positions, I've never seen that before. Nice that the smell of machine oil makes you think of your granddad! I love it when smells do that, remind of you of things or people in the past. Great episode 😊🥰😘 x
Wow, how funny we both had a cargo train at the same time. That was my first one. It made me think of a scene in Thelma and Louise. 😊 Yes, the swans were amazing, and I had a really great day. Such beautiful creatures, followed by a fascinating museum experience. And after the tramway I visited somewhere else, which you'll see in the next episode. It was a very full day! 😁👍 As ever, thank you so much for watching and commenting so fully. I really enjoy reading your comments. Please don't ever feel obligated, though, but as long as you want to, I am always delighted by your reactions. 💕 🤗😘x
Wow what a magical opening, gorgeous dawn footage! Beautiful atmosphere. And the swan lake! You got so close to the swans. Straws Bridge looks like a place I would like to visit, it seems so peaceful. "No, that's just our way of making visitors feel like morons" 🤣 I never thoughts trams would be so interesting. The whole place is like a blast from the past, with the police box and all. What a bizarre idea for a theme park village, yet it seems to work really well. Aww, I loved the scene where you petted the horse in the museum 😊🐴 Oh, bovril served hot. Sounds yummy. Did you buy some?
Ah, Jere, thank you so much. 😍🥰 You say all the things I need to hear. So glad you enjoyed this. You deserve a longer reply, but I'm in the bath right now, and want to be ready when Hubby gets home. 😉😁 Really pleased you spotted the subtitle. I knew you would, with your quick eyes augmented with tabasco. Thank you! Now to dry my moist bits... 💦🤣👍😘x

Lovely chilled vlog. Just what's needed for a Sunday night :)
Can't wait for the next :)

pleased to see it though
Thanks, Glen. That's good to hear. 😊x
Enjoyed the ride.
Thank you, buddy. 😊 Glad you enjoyed it. 😘x
Dawn along the canal was magical and the trams pleasantly weird.
Haha! Pleasantly weird! What a perfect description. I wish I'd thought of it on the day. Thanks Ros. 👍😘x
Survived!
Yes, indeed. I'm a survivor! 😁 Thanks for watching, Dan. 😊x
I would love to see that. We have Beamish up here which looks similar. That was so relaxing to watch on my break from work 😁 See you next time 🚐

Haha! Yes, I survived this time, but there are many more perils in store! 😉😁 Thanks for watching. 😘x
