Do you ever feel a little puit puit?
The feeling of puit puit makes me feel less alone
Yeah! I think everyone now this feeling haha :D
Man, whats "puit puit"? kkk
Is it a dish?
I'll take the puit puit over the wrist strap any day!
13:18 I'm sure that guy felt really good about himself after you took his picture
that's what I love about photography
I've come to the conclusion that Eduardo can't take a bad picture no matter what camera he uses 😊
That photo with the dude with the beard is really cool. Thanks for this video, you always inspire me to want to be brave and go out in the streets and shoot, er, take photos of people.
Dude, you're fearless! Love your style of approaching people to photograph. Good work man.
You are a magician. That first photo literally nearly blew me off my chair. I love seeing you compose these photos in real time. In my mind I always assume I'm going to hear the shutter click way sooner, but you give it a moment or two longer and you always find these perfect moments.
Your skill and ease on the streets shines through your reviews - awesome, keep going...don't stop.
one of the best pictures I saw on this channel, great job!
I enjoyed your review and your style. It was nice to watch a street photographer who asks for photos once in a while. Your shots did not lose anything by engaging with the subject. You are a class act on the street. Keep up the good work.
'Can I?'
Produces best dog photo ever
wow wow wow, loved it. The style you choose for incorporating the slides with the live video is awesome. Putting Paradise of Strangers on the christmas gift list
watching you take photos in NYC as you do is like poetry - thank you
Great video Ed. Enjoyed the review and love how you are always so genuine on the street. New York’s gain is Hastings’ loss. 👍🏻
I am impressed, the images look so much better than I thought they would, thank you
Great video, and I am really enjoying your channel.
I love Lomography's unique 120 and 35mm film stocks and had been considering getting the Lomo LC-A 120 when I ordered more film today. I decided to go ahead and get the Lomo LC-A 120 after watching your videos of it this afternoon. I absolutely love Medium Format and am really looking forward to adding the Lomo LC-A 120 to my collection. I find that each MF camera I own gives a different feel and unique personality to my photos, depending on which camera I use.
Also, when I was in the process of buying an old Mamiya-6 off eBay, I found your video really helpful in making my decision as to which one I ended up purchasing (which was the KII).
Thank you again for posting another great video, and I look forward to more of them in the future.
HP 5 and this camera create a wonderful vignette that suits street photography. You picked excellent subjects that were lit well. Loved it man. Great job.
I was definitely feeling those decisive moments coalescing on the city streets in the video. You captured them skillfully. Looks like you have started adapting well to the street photography of NYC because the city itself certainly didn't change, so it must have been inside you.
Abither outstanding video, Ed. That first shot with the man turning around was stunning.
I never leave enough comments on RUclips. So in case I’ve never expressed it before, I always enjoy your videos, man. Laid back, no bullshit. Keep it going. 👊🏻
Thanks man! ✨
The way you approach people on the street is really great.
the photos you take in the street is brilliant!!
Really cool camera! And nice to see a fresh video again 😊
Thank you, Master Eduardo!! What a stylish review!!
What a great video again. Lately you've been on a roll, man
Looks like a really fun camera. Nice shots at the end too- thank you for sharing them.
Great video! Lovely pictures are always welcome! Thx for sharing!
I really like the seamless photos inserted as they were happening!
What an impressive summary and video, thanks for posting this review and please continue.

Every time I watch your reviews, I tend to spend money! Great job as always.
It shows how much you enjoyed that shoot. Excellent work!
That series 😻😻😻 so inspiring!!✨
Amazing shots!
I really like the editing on this video!
The transition between the street video and street photos looked really cool!
I just watched the whole video, and I wanted to thank you. I'm also a little jealous, because I never allow myself to ask people if they would be ok if I take a picture of them. You seem so kind and gentle. Also, I do live in France, and I think people would not react the same way ^^
So far, I really only used my La Sardina (Lomography), which is really great. But I just ordered de LCA 120, and watching your video made me feel so happy for my order. So THANK YOU. Can't wait to get it !
Awesome FPV! Great work!
Incredible shots!
Good info on the loading, I always get 11 and change exposures!!!
Nice video & photographs :) I really liked the way you used the winding sound in the edit to move to the next scene or photograph :) 👍
Those photos are stunning.
Beautiful works like always! Cool mann
(12:20 - 12:30)
Girl: Honey, there is a guy who is following us with a camera
Boy: uh?
Eduardo: Zaz!
*and take the picture at the moment*😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Love your videos!
The best part about this video is that the GoPro and the Ica 120 basically have the same field of view so it really gives a sense of you "capturing" moments
sick pics! i really want a lomo now!
Hello Eduardo this is my fab of all your episodes, it kept a momentum going. I'm also very happy with how good these wide-angle images look because I started shooting medium format for the depth it has in the background blur but this wide-angle lens still seems to have a good depth to it. Is it a plastic or glass lens?
Saludos y gracias
cool presentation!
hope ur midterms went better than mine homie. Welcome back!
Aside from having no time at all, so far so good! Hope yours get better!
Some of these compositions... the second to last with the lady looking up at the sky- perfect. Well, almost :)
What a coincidence I have unload my camera exactly on those tables in Bryant Park. I hope to stumble across you
Great and informative review. I've been wanting to get my hands on one of those cameras for awhile now but that price is just uggggggggggg!!
Nice set of pics 😁
Ha! The field of view of the camera it's almost the same of the GoPro, and the transitions turned up super cool because of that.
I liked the camera concept a lot, it's not easy to find a portable, take-anywhere, medium format camera that is not a TLR.
Then I went to check the price... USD 450.
Nah man, I can a get a super nice, all-metal TLR for that money, specially considering the interframe spacing problem that you mentioned.
Awesome pictures as always tough (12:24 is my favorite). How did you get over the problem you mentioned on a past video, that you were a little intimidated by people's attitude in NYC in regards of street photography?
I haven't gotten over it at all. I'm just forcing myself. Part of that is exactly what I meant with the "this camera takes me out of my comfort zone" bit!
Yes there is - the Holga. I'd rather pay 20 quid for a plastic cam that achieves similar results to this! (As far as I can tell from this video). Or a Mam 7 if you have deep pockets!
Fark those shots gave me chills!
Love yr videos
For the first time, the action camera field of view matches the film camera picture.
Very nice serie of street photographs, I like a lot one of the last, with the woman looking up.
13:39 that beautiful blur, real art photography.
Dude you shoot from the hip really well
This all boils down to "What makes you happy and what are you willing to pay for it"
I love the pictures you took in this episode. Amazing. You've really got the right tool for the job here. Which makes me think what a terrible thing that is to say to a photographer... great photo, you must have a good camera... but it's a video about a camera so I think I can get away with saying that. Can I? No, perhaps not. It's more that I've been thinking about how long it takes me to get beyond a particular camera to the point where I can just use it to take photos. There, that's what I meant, you've really got beyond this camera. The pics are now nothing to do with the camera and everything to do with your eye. Which is amazing. Again, great photos. I particularly like the one of the chap looking back over his shoulder (circa 12:30 in).
Hahah. Don’t worry! I know what you mean. And despite that, the “great picture, the camera must be great” holds some truth. Certain images are only possibles with certain tools. It’s not entirely up to the camera nor the photographer. It’s an in-between relation. A medium! :)
This camera wasn't even on my radar. You've made me want one. My wallet hates you. ;) Great review and great photos, as always Eduardo.
Ich love your work!
Tamtam ich auch... ☺️
Haha Danke schön!
Wow! Just wow!
Great job with the mood on the pictures and the interaction! You need to test a Hasselblad SWC! Its very similar but really sharp!
So good. I was surprised at the sharpness. I wanted to like the holes I have but could never really get along with it. Traveling with a Pentax 67 takes an amount of determination and muscle. Maybe I should have bought a Lomo. Maybe I will before I visit NY in January.......swing as how you love this camera though you’re obviously bored of the Xpan, right? No?
I've been looking for a good review of this camera on RUclips for a while now. Thanks, Ed!
The camera has always intrigued me but the price point just really turns me off of buying it. Maybe now I'll give it more consideration...
yeah, it's a steep price-- but if you want a fully automatic compact camera that shoots 120 and is sharp as hell, this is the one.
Hey thanks for sharing your experience with this beauty. I just got mine off of marketplace but the shutter wont fire in the regular mode, it will fire in the MX mode. I am also getting two red lights in the viewfinder. What can it be? Thanks! Oh yeah, the batteries do seem flat but it is still firing in the MX and seems locked in the non MX.
If seemed to me that you’ve taken your use of light and composition here to another level.
Maybe my eye is just used to seeing street photography in New York...
New York looks so good in film
lomography definetely should make a new batch of these guys!
You can buy these brand new on the lomo website had mine a few months now and love it
omg dude you should definitely get a Diana! You can get an used one for about 20 bucks on ebay, I also recommend shooting a holga too!
Eduardo, Can you do a review of the Olympus Accura? Saludos.
Do you still recommend the loadig point? ( i use kodak trix 400) ...the manual says arrow to the triangle in the middel
the music on the background is Alan Ellis - Soothe
Is the holiday market already set up in bryant park?
Great video!
Since you're clearly quite experienced with the LCA cameras, can you review the Minitar lens for Leica M Mount? Kai's review of it isn't particularly useful and doesn't show its potential.
Cheers.
Great photos, Eduardo! Do you still own the camera? I've read some online reviews that suggest it's not very reliable. Wondering what your experience is/was? Thanks!
Nice vid. It made me buy one... ...i just opened it....wooow !! its the most expensive plastic camera ive ever seen. I hope it dosent break on me .
Hey man, love your videos. One question, if you show pictures are these unedited or are they usually color graded? For example the Fuji Reala 500D or the Fuji Natura 1600?
I think the Nishika N8000 and the Olympus XA2 are the only two film reviews with color correction. All the rest are straight scans (some with a bit addition of contrast or shadows) from either from the Pakon F135+ or the Epson V700
@@edpavez Thanks for answering so quickly! Im just getting back into film after years of digital and your videos are a great resource and fun to watch. Coming to Berlin any time soon? If so give me a holler!
There is so much awful street photography on the internet. Then I watch a video with results like this and I see hope left. Awesome pics!!
How much cameras do you have?🙂
I've been wanting one of these for a long time.. I jus don't feel too good about spending $400 on a plastic camera 😥
Does anybody know if HCB, Maier or others would ask permission to the people before being photographed?
What is the best camera around Mr EduardoPavezGoye?
What is the view finder you have on top of the LC-Wide? I've been looking for a good one!
It’s a 15mm viewfinder. I talk about it in my “stuff I’ve been enjoying” video.
great episode!
what's the music?
after 5 months I've found it)
Alan Ellis - Soothe
What's with that strange artifacting at 13:40? (the guy sitting on the bucket)
Do you miss the UK?
Hey. How much did you pp those images.?
Ed do you have a problem with this camera with getting blank frames? If yes how do you avoid them?
No, I have not encountered that problem yet.
Image of a lady that looks at the sky.... Missed! That was a perfect close up opportunity. Loving your videos👍🏼
Ok, Lomo it's a symbol of an era but all of those money for a point and shoot a-like camera is too much for me.
Anyway, great photos man! 😃
Me encanta tu transición de idiomas
