    "Three dashes of bitters"
Proceeds to put about 12 dashes in....

I mean I assume it’s like when they tell you to use 3 garlic cloves in a recipe

Sounds tasty! I've got all those ingredients except the pilsner so I'll have to try this out!

It actually really was! Didn't expect it to be such a pleasant and refreshing taste. Definitely one to make again, would be perfect as a summer thirst-quencher

This was another fun video. I'd be interested in more beer cocktails or blends. I've messed around with a beer-mosa (orange juice plus saison) as well as a bloody mary beer (golden ale plus all the bloody mary stuff). A local sour brewery just started doing a lot of cocktails using their various sours as a base and it works remarkably well. I'd be interested to see what other ones you could come up with.

      Thanks!
Beer-mosa with Saison sounds really cool! Might actually work quite well flavour profile wise too!!

Interesting concept! How come the recipe in description mentions 14L, and yet at around 5:50 fermenter seems to have only 8L of beer?

      Thanks!
Ah so the markings aren't entirely correct on the Fermzilla, they just give a rough stick on thing to put on but i've found it to be about 2-3 litres off. The collection jar also contains around a litre and a bit so that amount doesn't get marked. Finally i'm also somewhat sloppy in terms of perfect transferring to fermenter since I know i've got a lot of beers to go through! I'd be much more careful with getting as much as possible out of the Brew Tank into the Fermzilla if I was making a standard batch for long storage!
      But great spot!

How are you finding the rims tube? I’ve just got a Pid controller for mine and trying to decide if I pair it up with one!
Keep up the great content :)

Really useful for full batches, unfortunately it gets somewhat stuck when doing half batches because of the rate of flow through the grain!
      Temp control though is perfect!
What PID controller did you get?

      @@NikitaVorontsov that’s great to hear!
Inkbird ipb-16s, not sold over here unfortunately but easy enough to switch plugs over. Have yet to try a brew yet (trying to find a suitable triclamp thermowell), integrated pump control is a bonus too!
