Hey, thanks for featuring my 'question'! I'm still at the extract brewing phase myself, definitely looking at moving to a grain brewing setup but quite space limited at the moment, a basic brew bucket is about all I can get away with. Would you consider doing a video on going back to basic kit from what you're using now and see how you can improve upon the beers produced?
No worries :) Yeah ofcourse I’ve got a video on “easiest way to brew beer” that shows me using an extract kit and a step up of yeast but I do have plans to expand into “basic way to brew, intermediate, advanced with extract, partial mash, and all grain”
@@NikitaVorontsov Sounds great! I definitely think a 'Back to Basics' video would work really well, you've got plenty of experience with more advanced brewing techniques, it would be interesting to see what you can adapt from that with more basic equipment.
Enjoyed this video and am always interested in what you are going to brew next. Questions: what is your favorite Base malt to use, your favorite hop, and favorite yeast to use? Thanks again for your entertaining and educational videos...Chris
Thanks so much! Favourite base malt: Weyermann Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt - it provides such a wonderful clean malt flavour with really lovely sort of biscuit almost honey like aroma! Hop: That's tricky actually as I don't particularly like sticking to one for experimentation purposes and depending what I brew, but for fruity expression - Mosaic. I absolutely love Mosaic, I love the almost blueberry-like qualities it has. For a more subdued character I love Hallertauer Mittelfrueh as it's such a lovely floral, earthiness to it that goes well in cleaner lager esque beers! Yeast: Either Philly Sour because kettle souring terrifies me and the ability to have lactic acid production without contamination is incredible, or the High Pressure Lager yeast that lets me ferment lagers at room temperatures!
Another informative video 👍🏼 keep them coming . You mentioned the ‘free’ RIMS tube from Dark Farm is there a review planned? I am really interested to o see how it works . Cheers 🍻 M
Thanks very much! I wasn't planning on a dedicated video as I don't think there's enough I could talk about, but I have discussed using it in the Golden Sands Brews Lager videos (Bohemian Pilsner and New Zealand Pilsner) if you want to see a bit more. Cheers!
Hey Nikita! Great video. Good luck! I am brewing BIAB with a basic pot, but planning to get an automatic system. But I really have a question that bother me. How are you cleaning that thing?! How long it takes? Is that possible to do it in a regular apartment?
Thanks very much! So with the brew tank I just clean it outside, I drain it from one of the ports into a bucket, and wash with it draining. When I had my Brewzilla I used to empty as much as possible into the fermenter, then carry it into the bathtub and wash in there absolutely fine! Takes maybe 30mins max for cleaning

Haha you included the bench question 😂😂 Legend 🍺
Haha it cracked me up I couldn't not!
Like the magic trick at the start turning a Fuller's ESB into a New Zealand Pils 😂
Hahaha good use of recycling bottles!
@@NikitaVorontsov I know, it can be a pain in the ass getting those labels off😂
Really have loved watching your channel grow and seeing you brew weird and unique brews, can't wait to see whats next for you🍻

Great job, keep up all the hard work!!! If you ever make it to the US and California, I’ll buy you a proper fresh WCIPA, cheers!!!
Although I have to agree with you, lagers/pilsners are where it’s at!!
Thanks very much!! If I ever make it that way i'll give you a shout haha!
100% It's the crispness that's just *chefs kiss*

+1 for cleaning in the bathtub, I’m in a 1 bed apartment and do 3 gallon batches to save in space. Works well for me.
@@ScullyBrewing Oh, sounds like its not an issue at all. Thank you guys!
Do you LARP as well? That'd be a great place to share your D&D style beers
I don’t! I think for myself at least it’s just a step too far :) nothing against it though
@@NikitaVorontsov fair enough
Have you ever done , or would do a drunk video?
I saw your 30 days of beer drinkimg video and was promoted to ask if you might do one?
What’s a drunk video?
