Thats cuz korean beauty brand is for koreans and koreans want pinkish colors cuz our main skin tone is kind of yellowish sorry if this comment bothers you no offence
@@제이미-z6x No, it doesn't bother me its fine. Dark skinned people and specifically black people have a lot of undertones. I actually have an olive undertone which is uncommon for dark skinned black people. But most have a yellow undertone and some have red. Its interesting that you guys mostly have a pink and yellow undertone. Guess that why most Korean foundation look grey on us.

OpheliacsLament - I’m actually so pale that it took months to find a foundation that didn’t make me look dead or too dark and even then it was too pink and didn’t match AT ALL 😩

That powder is actually really good, i use it EVERY DAY tk school cause its so seamless, you cant rly wear any makeup in my school so this powder really helps

Serious if you’re not a fan of watery lip tints don’t buy the Dear Darling Tint from Etude house, it’s so watery, but it smells like a lollipop. But it has nice colour and I really love it.

The thing is Korean beauty products often is not for dark skinned people like me and her, because they usually made for people with lightskin
Ilysm but to be fair asian makeup is very different from western makeup so most of asian eyeshadows are soft and warm rather than cool shades with lots of pigment

Yeah, you're right. Products for brown people are more golden and caramel and korean is more neutral and pinkish with orange or yellow. She can most definitely use products for golden people.

Then why are they purposely selling products in America where's there's many different types of people it's bad marketing to not appeal to a global audience while you're trying to expand globally it doesn't make any sense
She has many other vids doing k beauty that do fit and look good. I'm sure there's some Korean products you don't like. Fenty doesn't even match her color and it made for dark skin.

From what i seen, korean makeup isn't meant to be super heavy which is why it isn't super pigmented. My mom has an etude pallet and it isn't super pigmented and she loves it because she likes light shading.
