Great build video. It's nice to see a cheap option that stands up really well and can mix it with the expensive custome Denix/Masters DL-44'S.
J Huggs YES! and you can still shoot these, which is fun!
Your process is awesome to watch! I hope you plan to do more like this, your cosplay is the best!
Thank you so much!
Really great video. One fo the most enjoyable Ive seen. Great idea using a few 3d parts on a BB mauser. I would love to try it . Thank you
Thank you, Pete! I really appreciate that! You should definitely build your own!
That's so cool! Great build!
nerdyviews thank you!
That’s awesome man. It’s a great thumbnail and great quality video for a new channel. Keep it up 😃👍🏼
Thank you!
Awesome! I was originally going to go full 3D print but I like this better. I'm going to try and get a Proffieboard in there for lights and sound.
You did an awesome job! Looks great!!
Thank you ❤️ we should do a video about some of your costumes some time.
Just Some Nerd Absolutely! And I would love that!!😃
Very cool
Mark Kitchen thank you, Mark!
Great Job! I saw your post on the CR-10 FB page. I just ordered three of those airsoft pistols. I want to make one like yours & a Merr-Sonn Power 5 Blaster for my Tie Fighter reserve pilot.
adsyyz awesome!! Share pictures of your builds on the CR-10 group when you finish! If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a message on FB or instagram!
Great tutorial! It turned out really well! I’m planning on doing he exact same thing but I do have a question. When sanding down the parts did you run into any issues with sanding down the the print lines on areas with indents such as the line on the muzzle flash and the little “bumps” on the knobs for the scope?
indeebprod Parts that have groves like the knobs and stuff normally don’t show the print lines as much so you can often get away with less sanding. I hope that’s what you’re asking.
Spectacular work! You've convinced me I need to make one of these in my collection.
I do have one question. When prepping for printing, did you have to change the scale on the models at all? I ask because some airsoft mausers get a bit wonky with their proportions.
I will order a couple of extras to do tests, hope to have something worth showing off soon! Thanks for the how-to!
Thanks Keanbo! You won’t have to scale anything, but sometimes with 3D printing it helps parts fit together a little better if you scale them up/ down a couple %. You can also just sand parts down after printing to help them fit together. Check out the links in the description for where you can order the airsoft and download the models. 😀
Sounds like a plan! I've got a couple of mausers on the way now, thank you!
any chance you can tell us where you drilled the holes and what size screws you used to drill in the scope?
curious which camera your using, I like the background defocus.
It’s shot with a Nikon 7200 with a 32mm f/1.8 Lens (aperture here is f/2.8)
Does it still shoot???
Sean Malfoy yes it does!
Pretty nice replica! I’m just starting to do that using the same airsoft gun myself. I actually cut off that little bullet shape on top of the magazine entrance because an actual magister is flat on top. But overall, looks great!
Very cool! How much to make me one? Lol
can it shoot
Can I just buy one from you? Lol
It’ll cost more than $10.
@@JustSomeNerd that’s fine lol, email me it should be on my page lol
Well yeah because you have a 3D printer
please don't show it to Harrison Ford because he will destroy it
