I have the previous generation CVT model (Sport edition) and I totally love it - the drive is not the most spirited but the practicality, space and those clever magic seats make this an amazing car. I have managed to carry 2 adult-size (29" frame) bicycles upright INSIDE this little beast (just removed the front wheels) - bet you can't do that in ANY other super-mini/mini-MPV..
We are very pleased with my wife's new manual Jazz SE in Sunset Orange bought as a 3 month old ex-demonstrator with 400 miles covered. It has much sharper styling than the last model which proved highly reliable. People comment on the surprising interior roominess. Comfortable to ride in and averaging 54mpg. The 6th gear is a great advantage on a motorway since this new model is much quieter provided it's not revved hard. Excellent safety spec! Disappointing that the infotainment system is designed around the android phone not iPhone. Also no satnav upgrade possible after purchase.
In the US, we've only just been introduced to the Fit - the non-UK equivalent to the Jazz - and we're impressed. The Fit seels really well and for 2016, the interior space has been increased. Great video!
The Jazz in Australia is so much nicer! Nicer headlight and rear ones too. Interior is the same. Agree though choices in some engine sizes would be nice.
In some countries like Singapore they have a 1.5 engine with 129bhp so that needs to be an option in the UK in my opinion especially for those who go on motorways regulary
Ex Sat Nav just ordered. Honda currently doing great 2 year lease deal. Its our second car . Made more sense to get lease than buy a 2010 second hand super mini at £3000-4000
If only Honda sold the Jazz Hybrid in Europe. Drove the JDM version (Fit Hybrid L) and it's 7-speed dual clutch 1.5L which makes it do 0-100 in less than 8 seconds. The dashboard also has part of the panel and steering wheel in soft touch.
we have the 1.5 RS version and must say it has a firecracker of an engine, very very quick, also has a better interior and bigger alloys and aero kit, great little car.
+Mishibar It has a driver height adjustment and it's the highest car in its class, I'm 5.10, but would easily take someone well over 6 foot. Yes it is very comfortable on long journeys and the passengers are very comfortable with huge amounts of leg room in the back
in Malaysia, we only have 1.5cc version with 3'variants. the lowest would only have normal with knobs radios but the other two come with fully touch screen radio even the air-cond buttons. which I agree with you, hard to navigate and can be a distraction if done while driving
hello there! I'm from India as I'm planning to buy a Honda jazz Cvt one question How does it feel with a CVT?? and I know a manual gives more control but here it's damn traffic how is the mileage? sorry for bad English

Car Keys UK FIT, ha !? :) It was a good one! ;) About the volume control I think no car is ever perfect, but if my car had steering mounted volume control I use them all the time, so I think it's not that big of an issue. Anyway, what I don't understand why Europe didn't get at least the 1.5 l engine :(
I love the 2013 Honda jazz esp in sports mode the image of older drivers is harsh my wife is no slouch behind the wheel and the jazz will run with most if not all cars. Its not the car that makes the driver but the driver that makes the car and I have passed most bmw and higher spec cars because of reading the traffic and road better it's not fast but more assured. I would of liked a 1.6 version for better overtakes but it's still I good car is the 2016 £17700 better I might test drive a 2016 jazz but my wife wants to keep this since the last payment is only one month away.
I had a new Jazz in 2009 and ran it for 3 trouble free years then I bought a Ford B-Max. I am thinking about changing back to a Jazz with the C.V.T. but I am a bit worried about all the negative reviews about the noise an sluggishness of the car. I am an older driver and don't know what to do for the best.
I own a new Honda Jazz and although it is smooth, economical and loads of extra,s I am disappointed with the panel fit (shut lines) especially where the front bumper is attached to the wings the gaps are uneven and suprising considering the legendary Honda build quality. I have also seen this on other Jazz so its not a one off with my car. Does Honda have a problem with their final inspection at its manufacturing plant? There is no way this fault should have been missed by an inspector.
Hi Lee, thanks for the message. Definitely a great car. We were not aware of that issue, as you said Honda normally operate with the up most quality. Maybe you could take it up with your dealership?

love this car, this is a dream: Honda Jazz!
Im getting the Honda Jazz in red and I can't wait!.
keeps running for long gives confidence brings you home allways ..
I know the same for their motorbikes, they will ALWAYS get you home

Is there a 1.5 option for engine size in Australia?
+Carlover16 Wtf is wrong with you dude?
@@LAD241 the engine option in Australia is always a 1.5L 118hp SOHC 16V i-VTEC motor.

Carlover16 .
In Singapore there's no such engine option though parallel imports from Japan known as the "RS" model does comes with that engine

I want this as my first car!
When you're in the market, come see if we can save you money on a Jazz - www.carkeys.co.uk/honda/jazz/hatchback
+Car Keys UK Im 14 though so still a long way till i'm 18-19 but thanks anyway!
@@vtec5862 did you get a jazz in the end?
@@nom150 no, I still need to get my license. I would still love a Jazz however for a first car.
@@vtec5862 I passe test November and got a 2007 jazz first car. Lovely little car. Good luck👍
Just agreed a deal to buy one, great car and a decent improvement on the old jazz which I've had for 3 years
how tall are you, and can you sit comfortably in the driving seat for longer trips ?

+Richard Fairbairn thank you. Im going to a dealer and will try one out soon
One big change I think is no bad thing is that the OAP image is gone, which has been a problem in the past.
I don't think so, and how was it a problem? The Jazz main customer base is OAPs!

Love my 2016 Jazz CVT. fun to drive

I want this as my first car. My name is Jazz so it just feels right.
Yes. Perfect fit, cool name. Blast some jazz out the speakers while you're at it - if you can ever figure out the awkward volume control!

We're getting a new EX tomorrow!
Honda FIT Hybrid 7 speed DCT, it seems no such model in UK.
IMO it needs a warm/hot hatch version...
(which should be a piece of cake for Honda)
The Jazz was introduced in 1981.

Battye if you mainly drive around town go for it but if doing a lot of motorway driving and overtaking look elsewhere.

how about the performance when compare with hyundai i20??
Ravi Baka I would also love to see a comparison between the Jazz and the I20 ! :)

maybe car keys could get someone who knows their spelling to write their comments, it's not up most, it's utmost.
Honda are good and miles better than the VW grp cars
Best car ever
is this vx?
If Chris Buck do a car review😂
A CVT has only one gear so what will a flappy paddle do?
+Alex chemistry it has pre-set points on the CVT pulley simulating normal gear shift changes.
A better way to say is that CVT has 20+ gears.
How reliable is honda cars?
Probably the most reliable in it's class followed by Toyota 😉👍
hond ajazz the best
BMW ?
No it’s a Honda dumbass
FUCK BMW. Worst pig headed prick drivers on Earth.
Rust buckets
Looks like a Dacia from the front :(
