Well done, a proper adventure with no pretension. I’ve watched since the start, and can honestly say it’s been the best series on RUclips! Good luck in the future and hope you get the boat repaired OK.
I'm blown away by all the hard work you put into these videos. You bring such a tremendous amount of joy and entertainment to countless people around the world and we can't thank you enough for it.👍
Well, I'm certainly relieved that when you said your 'luck [had finally run] out" it didn't mean you'd capsized, but it was certainly touch-and-go there for a tic. Or tick, as the case may be. Here's hoping no Lyme disease for Charlie and smoother running next time. As always, well done on such an incredibly classy series. 10s for editing, music, and overall production value!
Harry, I don't know why your videos don't have millions of views. It's an absolutely fantastic journey you're on. From digging foam out of the ship, getting paid with an old rubber boat, to the new, and better than ever before version you have now. You should be in the millions of subscribers. Absolutely love the journey you've brought us on. Safe sailing!
Harry, Support Crew, Charlie, Cockwells, Raymarine and and all the rest. Thank you for the work and dedication to this project. You are enriching the greater good with this content. Seriously. Thank you! :)
Home alone for the weekend, sitting having a beer with the fire lit and wondering 'what next' so started flicking through RUclips. Imagine my absolute delight at seeing the next episode online. It's like the familiarity of returning to my Granny's for the summer holidays except I still get to enjoy your adventure. Thank you.
I've said it on every video, but this is the best series I've seen anywhere in years. Watching the first video I thought "how will he get around the top of Scotland?? Nah, he'll take the Caledonian Canal." Well, you've taken no shortcuts, and you've accidentally become an adventurer in the process. I've seen some "should we turn around?" situations on the water, and you've just made them all look like absolute childsplay. So glad you made smart choices and were able to use your significant skills at the helm to both survive and create this fantastic episode. And as we all know by now, Charlie is an excellent and competent first mate, and excellent under pressure.
What a journey , I was so scared for you ....But your drone shots are amazing ! I love the history bits . And everybody should have a Charlie in their life . Thank you for the adventure .
Right choice to not push it, when your guts tell you to turn back, then follow that gut feeling. I usually don't watch hour long uploads, but this channel is the exception and been hooked since the cardboard boat. Excellent series, Harry & Crew.
Fair play to you. I watched the episode early this morning with subtitles so as not to wake my partner as I couldn't sleep. When you came across the gentleman in the bothy in the dark i couldnt hear his voice but thought to myself " I bet its Richard " and then you showed his face and it was. I picked him up a few years ago when he was hitching to Skye bumped into him in Toridon at the cafe a year or so later and now this morning through you're amazing journey he has come to me again. Synchronisty! I love it! Good luck with your adventure and all the best to you and all the best to Richard. Im blown away!
Brilliant to see another video. Just waiting for my wife to come home so that we can watch it together. Hold on … it’s not even 4 yet … sod it, I’ll pretend I’ve not seen it 😳😊😊
I couldn't believe how clear the water was where you were swimming, my imagination had me thinking that the North Sea was dark and murky. Tend to that leak, the crack in the fiberglass will just keep traveling. Good on you, one of the best series going!
Just out of interest, what is the sea adjacent to Cape Wrath known as? Someone in the video mentioned the Pentland Firth, but I think that's further east.
Charlie - your partially sodden leather jacket kept the nose down at 27:08! Goodwin took a hammering but got you both through...what a ride! TLC in order for her hull 💕
Just been back to re-watch part 18, this was the first part I saw followed by each part from the very beginning, such a great series. Roll on Spring & part 19.
"I don't know whether I am now more scared of the sea or less." A brilliant line that. Puts perfectly into words how I've felt over the years. When you start out ignorance is bliss!... You are always drawn back.
Warm greetings from Hamburg, Germany. I follow this channel since the start, everytime waiting eagerly for the next epsisode. I always wanted to travel to Scottland, but in the past my wife was always somewhat reluctant for this destination. With those pictures, of those beautiful beaches and landscapes, she finally tipped over. Next year, we will have a go, Finally. And who knows, parking at Dunnet Head, we will look out for a small boat going past :).
Harry, whenever your videos come out I drop my evening plans and have some time well spent watching you continue on this adventure. I literally have been watching this series from the beginning, as I had been following you for a bit before it started. From here in Canada, I want to offer you my sincere thanks for continuously documenting this journey and sharing it here with all of us, it is quite the unique adventure.
"I might just jack it all in now, there was a point where I said "why are we doing this, this silly escapade?" I'll have some more gnocchi and think about it..." That's the spirit lads!!
I'm following your journey from the beginning and your videos are amazing, great images, nice music, amazing storytelling, keep up Harry , looking forward for the next one. Cheers from Greece.😊
You can't imagine how many times I checked if a new episode was released. Lovely content Harry, I look forward to every episode and will be devestated if the series come to an end... cheers!
So good to see Goodwin & her top crew back on the water. The new-old drone looks great, and hope to see you all tick-free, hole-free, and heading south soon.
thanks for using my remix and the credits, but the credit is all yours, amazing composition! and what an adventure and video thanks harry and charlie, well done.
Hi harry and Charlie,I’ve said it before and I will say it again, this series is the best thing on RUclips ever 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Watching the cape wrath struggle with them waves brings back some bad memories while out in my kayak..long story short I was 2 mile from shore and the worst weather rushed in without any warning, I battled ridiculous waves and a head wind to get back to the launch site which took me near on 3hrs 🤦🏻♂️ exhausted is an understatement.
Thank you Harry, Charlie and of course Goodwin..... Where did that hour go? What an 'on the edge of your seat' trip that was! Well done all of you and special thanks 'have' to go to all that you met and helped you both on your way - Till next time.....
Just Brilliant. I can remember part 1 and the prequel salvage ship video where Goodwin came from! I had a totally different job and lived in a totally different place. It's been so long. Tremendous. 👍 👊
Harry, these videos are brilliant. Thank you very much for making them. You and the crew are so brave doing this epic trip. Mainstream ought to make a full series on this journey, brilliant watch, thanks again.
Whatever those waves 🌊 look like watching now on film, I can assure they were 10 times bigger in reality. Fair play, Charlie is definitely my favorite co pilot for you Harry.
I've been avoiding your videos thinking it was just about the boat but was pleased to see all of the sightseeing in the areas you reach. And thanks for the jazz in the soundtrack.
Oh wow, what an amazing episode! The long wait since the last time we saw Goodwin on the water was way too long, but man, was it worth it! My palms were literally sweaty during the Cape Wrath section - I've been to some hairy situations with my 4 meter inflatable where I was worried if we'll make it, but nothing like this, holy sh*t! Considering that waves always look smaller on video, and these looked huge, I can't imagine how scary it must have been - you guys have balls of steel pushing forward in such conditions. The cork hull repair cracked me up, it's something I'd expect to see in a Popeye cartoon, not a real-life video hahaha. I'd have tried to get my hands on some epoxy putty (although that might have been a challenge to find in the area) but this solution was definitely much cooler! Thanks for creating these videos, I absolutely love them!
Well done Harry, you have no idea how much you inspired me and the family. We just rescued an elderly sr4 wich i’m working on it to get it ready . Well done againe!
Hi guys, just stumbled across your channel and wow, love your content, fantastic effort with your journey, it's right up my street this content, I'm former lifeboat crewman on the Humber Estuary and former Soldier from the Maritime area of the military, keep the great stuff coming, hope you got the repair fixed 🙂👍
You don’t realise how happy it has made me to see a new episode up. My favourite series on RUclips, such a great journey, really well made and thoroughly entertaining.
"I am not an adventurer"- Harry, this said by a man who has spent every summer for the last 4 years sharing his journey around the UK in a tiny speed boat with us. Harry you are living a life we can only dream of. One day I hope to go on my own tiny speed boat adventure, one day.
Yassssss I have had the shitest past two weeks followed by the worst day today going on to RUclips to find pt18 at the top is just what I needed thank you 🙏
So as you near the top of the wave, back off the throttle and it acts as an aqua break, pulling the front down. Hence why on race boats you have a throttle man/navigator and a driver. Throttlemans job is just as vital as the driver. That lil Goodwin has/is taking a pounding bless him but STILL💪💪💪💪💪💪💪❤️❤️🥰 been following from the start💯👌👊👍❤️💪💪
Weirdly enough, that smaller boat may be easier to handle than a large boat.... It just fits in between the waves instead of being pushed around from peak to peak. Anyway, large waves are scary whatever craft you're in, well done. And that crack was terrifying, esp. as someone who built boats and did some bluewater sailing....
Just totally magic. Well done gang, Sunday morning, Harry and Charlie on a boating adventure, perfect! (a small on-board fibreglass repair kit highly recommended chaps, could save the day and possibly bacon 👍😅😅) Thank you so much!!! 🤗🤗
Utterly brilliant as ever Harry. I so know that feeling being caught out in much bigger seas than you expect, truly terrifying and really gets the adrenalin going. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face on this wet and windy day!
I love the fact you still have the dead midge from the last episode on that camera lens. Absolutely marvelous adventure Harry. Scotland. But Canning Town 84-96

always a joy to see these videos, the work and effort went into this is unbelievable! pretty scary stuff coming round wrath but you had some absolutely cracking conditions going over the top!
Your videos are brilliant. I'm glad you arrived safely to your pickup. I'm looking forward to your next one. I hope you get Goodwin repaired successfully regards from Paris France.
Well you guys are nuts, but in a good sense. I am not surprised that Goodwin sprang a leak with the pounding it took with those big waves. Hopefully you can get a good permanent repair done. Thanks so much for the fun and laughs along the way. 👍
In heavy weather like that…. It’s better to trim the motor up and then use the throttle to coast the waves… also prevents the propeller from leaving the water and strain on the motor.
The millions of views are surely around the corner? This is the best RUclips content ever. So genuine. I feel like I've been on this adventure with you.

I'd support this statement. I truly don' care how long between episodes, I just love how beautifully they are put together.

Most OYZ individual ever. Those were some gnarly conditons for a small inflatable boat!! What an inspiration.
High praise from our OYZ legends. You boys made it to the Isle of Man in sibs...with knackered outboards 😊

True. But bald and bankrupt with Timmy Karter is running a close second
