Noob question here and off topic of this video, but can someone please tell me how you get +1 gear? Does a weapon have to drop with a +1 already, then you combine two +1 to make a +2? I currently have two level 150 swords with max fam (same named swords) that I wanted to combine to make a +1 version, but it didnt work :-( I'm currently not in NG+, does this matter? I Still have The Queens Eyes mission to go. Thanks peoples!
nice run. havent tried speed running the main mission before, only the sub. i find centepede a pain when underlevelled, so always take that extra bit of time to unlock the shortcut.. and may as well grab the chest next to the shortcut, so normally end up killing the yokai too. too many distractions make me a terrible speed runner in general, and im normally the first to ignore my own advice on efficient levelling lol
Fuzzy B! You should do more speedruns in the meantime. I get so fucking lost in many of these places(like for hours). I have been watching your speedruns in slo-mo to figure out how to get thru them. I think I have a cognitive mapping disorder. Like I didn't properly develop as a child due to my mother letting me roam around alone in maze-malls and Beijing Hutongs. Cheers bud!
Yeah, some of the maps can be pretty damn confusing. I remember my first play through of the very first Tower of London map. Man, it took ages for me to work out where I was going. The twisting stair cases kept throwing my mental compass out, leaving me wondering if I was meant to go down, up, left, right haha. Same on Spirit Stone Slumbers and the Samurai of However-You-Say-It. I got quite confused on those maps too.
Ah, I tried SSSlumbers without your video and my girlfriend just laughed at me the whole time while I ran around like a retarded teen who just found out they were adopted. I told her that I wouldn't watch your video, but, after 30 minutes, she actually put it on herself. My immediate reaction was to break our 3 yr relationship and burn her favorite clothes. But then I saw where you were going, and made her keep it on, even while she tried to switch RUclips to kittens wearing scarves. I hate domesticated animals, much less watching fucking videos of them. But if they had something funny on, like little Nazi uniforms or tattoos of the image of Muhammad, I might watch them, or take them for walks. But, I digress. The more speedruns you make, the easier Way of the Demon will be for me. How are you doing with it? And do you know lil' details like how much you can lvl up your weapons? People online are saying shit like 180 +15, while I have a 200 +17. I need to know so I can prepare myself for the grind ahead. Cheers mate!
Yup. I've got a Yasakani Mag with luck LW and a regular with the same. With the Rabbit and Spider and luck reforged on all of one of my armor sets I gotz 239 + 317 LW. Everything is green when I grind. Oh yeah, you saw the video. I would make a +19 right now, but I can't. My real problem is gold, but apparently there is a 1.5mil gold mission somewhere late in the game.
Yeah, the grind introduced by the update is off the scale. I'm stuck on the Spirit Stone Huntress in Way of the Demon. Up until here I was doing fine. But she annihilates me before I can do a thing - that she's almost 300 levels higher is just bullshit. I can't work out how to parry or block a single one of her attacks. To rub salt into that wound, I can't try a different build than the one I have because I don't have the resources to do so. The cost of upgrading at this level is so high, and the grind to get those resources is also so high, that I really can't face going lower level to try and grind more to do it... EDIT: In true Murphy's Law, I beat her easily the moment I posted this message. Bizarre...
why are you doing this? is it a request from kingo armor material farming plebians? also fuzzy do you know why my clan bonus didnt increase at all from the base stats? i am number 2 in my clan have like 290k glory contributed i know the upper stats increase on how much glory you contribute and the second stat increase based on how long you have been in the clan but im day 2 and second in the clan with almost 300k and no bonus at all < the clan is murakame. i like your videos theory crafts and builds
Just speed running maps for fun, no other reason. Re your clan: benefits update once a week. Basically, you have to stay in the clan for weeks to get the benefits. I'm yet to do that due to all the builds I do. Only this week did I decide to stick with a clan. Sucks, really, as I'd like to change clans as frequently as I change guardian spirits.
I hate this level. Your guide helped me clear it in less than 5 minutes. Thanks.

Yep, get to NG+. +'s will fall for you there. Combining non +'s won't work.

I'm exactly the same man lol. I only end up doing speed running on games once I've pretty much exhausted everything else there is to do.
has anybody noticed there is a level 790 revenant on the demon king revealed? Also fuzzy are you still sticking with ccd over skill damage?
Depends on what I've stacked on my gear. Right now with these speed runs it doesn't matter as my gear isn't stacked with anything in particular.
Oh, and haven't noticed a 790 revenant. Haven't played Demon King revealed in a while. Is it a human revenant?

No idea how high it can go.Your 200+17 is +1 higher than my weapon, so yeah, I didn't even know it could go to 17.
