Just watched this video as well... funnily enough this is the build i have except i'm using warrior of the west, one sanada piece, one red dragon armour and a mix of using either chain, sword or duel swords. The Toad is resistant to paralysis which is why he isn't worth doing and quite a few of the bigger yokai are hard to get with it sadly. Its a really good build and have to say you got lucky on the yaskani magatama as i've not had one yet with close combat paralysis, The hino-emna kabuto is also lower than yours somehow but this is a good setup used with Kato. Nice video
@@tinokurasimiona3203 I pumped about 80 into dex to see if the paralytic effect would become any stronger, and NOPE! your lucky if some enemies take 2 groundfires, some bosses are just completely immune.
@@NoOne-nf8cl 😂😂 rookie numbers champ. Divine equipment has status boosting effects. Paralysis works on all bosses, it's just harder to pull off on higher levels. Try looking at some of the builds people have come up with

Great video, but the toad boss procs from paralysis much sooner in my experience. Two paralytic ground fires procs. I do not believe you were actually initiating the Medusa powder. Probably to far away. Paralysis is very fun, and effective to use though for sure.
Yeah man, I think in hindsight you're right about that. Pretty old video now though. These days there are way better options for paralysis builds than this one.
My discord metode is like noodle soup with ingredients, like noodle (lightning from paired raiken), water (water talismen weapon imbue), vegetables (wind shot), chilli (fire shuriken) and brinjal (earth shot).....
It's pretty funny to hear that. I pretty much expect when I drop my Revenant that everyone can just destroy it to get what they want. Ah well, if it's being difficult don't be ashamed to drop a sloth and weakness on me to make short work of me :)

Sorry man, this was a long time ago. After Way of the Nioh and ethereal gear came out, I don't have any of the gear associated with these early videos anymore. No secret to making this efficient either, really. It's really quite an inefficient build - but a fun one. Not the kind of build you choose as a main build, it's more of a use here and there for something different kind of build.
I don't actually know. You can see your play time under Titles>Gameplay Record>Other, but my play time is distorted because I leave myself in mid game all the time. Sometimes I'll be half way through a mission testing something and then I'll go watch a movie or go shopping or something, so my actual game play time is way less than the 673 hours my game shows. I have literally left my PS4 on with myself in a mission in Nioh and gone to sleep hahaha. I'd say it's probably half that of actual game time. Also, you could get to level 750 faster than that too if you wanted to farm amrita, but I don't farm amrita as leveling up isn't something I care about.
Having to use to many items just to debuff the enemy is such a gimmick...yes its effective but whats the point? These types of builds are only the most effective when you have time to set up.

The higher your ninjutsu power the quicker and more effective your paralysis

paralytic is useless against half the enemies in WOTN, thats something to keep in mind

Step 1. Play Nioh for endless hours.
Step 2. When a Mimic glitches out for no reason whatsoever, capture silly footage.
Step 3. Profit.
I made this build with 4pc Justice Ministry and 4pc Master Swordsman it’s pretty fun. Good for PvP

I've seen a couple fuzzy bearbarian revenants lying around, and was wrecked by every one. Granted, my Willy's only lvl 140.

Unfortunately looks like you can no longer proc status effects with only one shot.
I think they're trying to make omnyo casts damaging in their own right other than primarily for status procs. Oh well.

Fuzzy Bearbarian I am using an incomplete version of that build. switching one piece of armor to active 1 of those 2 bonus as nessessary.
