Yo swipez, is there a way for me to watch the full vods of when you played Nioh. I would be very interested to watch from the beginning to end as to compare what you went through as I did l. This game is hard at first but very rewarding after. So if you perhaps have your playthrough saved, It would be much appreciated.
I used to play nioh day in day out. I’m still not happy with the game, even after 100% completion. I just feel like I didn’t win. Now I play dark souls, and that’s infinitely more fun

Nioh and Dark Souls may seem like similar games, but they have extremely different strengths and progression loops. I think one big issue is Nioh and Nioh 2 are really dense to understand at first. They're not THAT complicated, but they're not that intuitive at first. It took me over 100 hours to understand that I was playing Nioh too much like other games, you have to treat it like a fighting game sometimes
Honestly, I always felt games with mostly medieval combat that are not just power fantasies should be strictly PvP games, because then you get stuff like these. Overpowered AI who can kill you in one hit and sometimes do moves that wouldn't even be possible. Meanwhile a human opponent is atleast unpredictable, plays with the exact same rules as you and can make use of all of your openings.
@@hunlepto2239 you just gave yourself the reason to get past enemies that one hit kill you (which btw you can also do something about beyond just skills)
