Many thanks Scott, I did my masters of law at the University of Saskatchewan 1992, I love Saskatoon so much, will be moving there soon as I already had my PR.
My wife & I are from Toronto and were considering moving to Saskatoon. I really love it there and have visited 3 times just because of the incredible vibe and cleanliness downtown. The only 2 reasons we decided not to was the cold and possible boredom being isolated to one city. Toronto is a conglomerate of 10 major cities and 6 borough's so it's difficult to imagine being limited to just 1. However, I'll definitely be visiting Saskatoon again and again when I have the chance. It's truly and amazing place ❤️
Fair points. I would say it’s a dry cold here unlike Toronto’s humid cold that chills to the bone. As for boredom it’s all what you make it right. There is lots to do here but it’s a matter of taking the time to do it. Thanks for the comment.
@@ScottZieglerSaskatoon I 100% agree. I'd take a -30 Saskatoon over a -10 Toronto any day! Along with Sasks traffic. A 1 hour work commute, 1 way is quite common here and it's aweful. I'll try to convince the wife a little more and we'll need an agent out there if I'm successful lol
Thank you so much I always wait for your comment. I received the invitation from Saskatchewan but because of you I think I will choose Saskatoon. With All your details I feel familiar with the city. Thank you once more
Thank u Scott for this clip. I hoping to immigrate to Saskatchewan, saskatoon precisely, all things being equal. What kind of business(es) would u advise a new immigrant to invest in after settling in
Hi Scott. Happy New Year. Could you recommend us a high quality resident area in Saskatoon for a small family, please!? Rental in 2k~3k range is fine for us. Thanks and love the channel.
Thanks for watching. 2-3 is luxury rental in Saskatoon. A couple suggestions. Facebook Marketplace and sort results in your price range. Google “Saskatoon property management” companies and see if they offer high end rentals. That all being said any neighbourhood in the south. SE. East. NE and north end are all the same for quality and safety. For your price range you’ll likely want to stay away for the west and downtown areas. Shoot me a message if I can help further.
Salutations of the day My name is Mohamed am from Morocco and I discovered the city through your content and am very excited to move there for a Hotel jobs I wonder how I can get in touch with you for more assistance and information
Thank u for such a informative video. I came across your channel while searching info about saskatechewan and i am loving your videos! I would like to ask you a question about Sakatoon if you dont mind. I am looking to apply for University of Saskatchewan(I'm an international studnet). But I'm worried that the school is not ranked high and located in relatively small city compared to Toronto, so that might reduce my employment opportunity. What is your thought on my concern?
I’m not sure. I guess it depends on what you are studying and what type of employment you’re trying to get. Honestly I’m not qualified to fully answer this question. I know the cost of living will be half of living on T.O.
Thanks buddy. Liked your attitude to help others... Subscribed...! Am planning to move there next year.. How is the IT job market, what should be the salary to expect? Also whats the price for 2 bhk condo?
Hello Scott. Thank you the videos uou provide. Actually we are immigrating to saskatoon within a couple of months and would like to rent a suitable apartment. What can you offer or suggest. Wr are a family of 4. Regards
I do not deal with rental apartments. Either look on Facebook Marketplace or google Saskatoon property management companies and ask what they have available for you.
If you want to RENT an apartment the 3 places I would go. Facebook Marketplace. www.kijiji.ca. Or google “Saskatoon property management companies” and reach out to the top ones for rentals.

The "Paris of the Prairies". My great aunt would affectionately call it the Warsaw of North America, due to its lackadaisical lifestyle.
I could agree to that. Warsaw is pretty cool too.

Which is the best neighbourhood to move in which has best public schools and daycare
Can’t speak to schools or daycare. There really isn’t a bad neighborhood in saskatoon. If you want try anywhere on the east side.
Thanks

We have a robust tech sector here. I have no idea what salaries are. 2 bedroom condo anywhere from $180,000-$300,000.
