    3 years ago i got a honda pcx 150 (first 2 wheeler) for my daily commute. absolutely loved it, and the 115mpg. 5 months ago i got the 1100 dct. absolutely love it. only complaints would be the seat and tank size. i am going to bring the bars back a few inches tho. it's a great 1st (real) bike. approaching 6k already and no issues. works for me just fine

    Great review. Your motorcycle enthusiasm is infectious. I’m an old guy on a Chieftain. Looking at the Rebel 1100. Mainly to cut back on weight by a few hundo. Thanks!

    Hey there, is this bike suitable for a daily rider (going to work, and monthly long distance rides etc)? Especially for people who only have time and money for just 1 bike?

    Great video...I am seriously considering trading my Ducati Scrambler for one of these. I love Honda motorcycles. Thanks for the video--liked and subbed!

    The brake lever probably might have turned “ brown” because you might be riding on roads that have been dusted with salt and brine. We live in an area that gets a fair amount of snow ( Appalachia), and I never ride until a good rain has washed away all the salt on the roads.

    What made you want to switch from a sport bike to a cruiser?

    • @l-tizzle
      @l-tizzle  6 месяцев назад

      I wanted a more comfortable seating position for long rides. It was honestly mostly because I moved from the city to the country and my rides got a lot longer.

    Is yours manual. How much suspension travel? How is it on bumpy roads? How smooth is the throttle response..on/off choppy or smooth?

      I can answer the first question, since the clutch is visible :) As for the throttle, I cannot answer on behalf of OP, but mine is a DCT, and the throttle is twitchy, and without a clutch to offset that, one needs a lot of practice (and rear braking).

    Honestly I think i would have been ok with the 500. 1100 is a gas hog when over 60MPH which is EVERY freeway/ highway INCONUS
