I have thin wavy hair but a lot of it. How I refresh my hair is I never get my hair wet. I use a cocktail in Innersense I create volume(a drop) cocktailed with Innersense Sweet Spirit. I milk the cocktail on my hair like milking a cow until the section gets silky. Then a light scrunch. I diffuse right away. Doing this my hair gets a little crunchy. I don’t scrunch out the crunch, I milk out the crunch. This refreshing routine has worked for me with great success.

I find my hair looks better 2x a week. I use Innersense Color Awakening hair bath to cleanse and Innersense Pure to condition, Innersense I create hold to style. Since my hair is thin but a lot of it, my hair gets weighed down or funky if I use leave ins or creams. Then I refresh like the above.
I’m going to transition for maybe another 5 months then I’m booking an appointment with you. I believe you are the right person to transform my hair. Congratulations on obtaining your license.
I’m gonna have to fly to see you but I know with your years of research (I’ve been a subscriber since the Deva debacle) and your true care for curls, you’ll help me even more than you already have if you give me a consult and cut! Your curl training technique is something I use EVERY wash day -I’m medium to high porosity low to medium density- and it has helped my curls get back to their pattern over the past 4 years! I hope that one day you come out with a full product line! ❤ - Love a South FL Curly! 😊
@@Downsjasmine omg thank you so much for sticking with me all of these years. I would absolutely love if you could one day get to North Carolina one day!! Or me too Florida!!
Hi beautiful! I'm a loyal OG fan of yours since the beginning of your journey, and you're still the best in the curl game! 💪🏽🏆 So happy for you for your success with your oil, and congratulations on becoming licensed! 🙌🏽 I hope you and your loved ones were okay after Helene 🙏 I was wondering if you could do a video teaching us how to rehab the temple and nape area curls after they've been permanently stretched. It would be greatly appreciated 🙏❤
About refreshing and products containing water as the #1 ingredient. If your hair is dry and you refresh with let’s say Innersense Sweet Spirit, is that really enough water to potentially cause water damage though? I think the problem is with people who wet their hair when refreshing then applying the refresh product that contains water. IMO refreshing hair dry and using a product like Sweet Spirit isn’t enough to cause water damage
This got me thinking about something when you talked about the cuticle. Lots recommend brushing the conditioner through your hair when it’s wet. I’m wondering if this can actually damage your hair and the cuticle. Versus raking in conditioner and / or smoothing it in?
I have 3b, low porosity, fine hair and every time i use a conditioner or something with a creamy consistency it looks worse. I only use ouia detox shampoo, mousse and a gel. Its impossible to use a cream or a protein mask because it looks just like day 1 of rhe damage. The only protein treatment that works for a day is aphogee. Especially my roots and crown feel mushy. Do you have any tips i hate the way it looks😢

I’m so glad you’re making RUclips videos again. It would be nice to see a complete start to finish on your wash day now that you have new techniques.

Some people say its incurable but have you ever experienced that some people have gotten over it?
So I shouldn’t use oil to break the cast after diffusing ? Or is that fine
How long did it take for you to see difference from your hygral fatigue? Thoughts on aphogee or refresh products?
Hi What about young kids? Do they need protein as well? Thanks
Curly hair is expensive 😂. Thank you for the information, there is a lot to learn.

My hair is fine but I have a lot of it. I can’t use leave ins or creams because they weigh my hair down.
