Good eye Boss. Yup I had a red heeler that would not go to bed when we were rolling weather and working mountains. SHE KNEW IT WAS ON. She had more heart and love than anything I've ever felt. I still thank God for her. Brandy passed 2 years ago and I miss her every day.

Bailey's a pretty smart dog! I notice she will observe Dan's shift hand then alternately look out the windscreen then back at Dan's movements. It's as if she kinda comprehends a relationship between Dan's movements and what's going on outside. P.S. Dan you need to pet Bailey more! She's a trooper and deserves it.

My dad was an O/O hauling flatbed back in the early 80's. Did all our own work. Changing the oil and greasing all the fittings was my job as a 11/12/13 year old kid. He was pissed the one time I forgot to put the oil plug back in before starting to pour a gallon of oil in the engine but hey - I was just a kid as my mom reminded him.

In Stoner Court, they have to take a break every half hour to have a smoke break, and 10 minutes later for a snack break.
Have been watching your channel for quite some time and ever since Bailey joined it just seems less stressful.
When I was driving, I got a truck that had over 3 hundred thousand miles on it. The guy that got it when it was new had taken good care of it. I put another 3 hundred thousand plus on it, so that was all most 7 hundred thousand on it, and the engine had never been rebuilt. Both of us had taken good care of it. I was starting to have to put a galllon of oil or sometimes 2 between oil changes. The next guy that got it didn't take as good of care of it as we had, and it was in the shop getting a total rebuild before the year was up, but was still the highest mileage truck the company had had at that time.

I would do the same thing if I order a new truck because you keep it looking older with matching boxes and the dummy stacks will stay clean . Its all a look thing Dan got to look cool and stay clean!!!!
2:24 that parking lot across from the pilot on your right has the best tacos I've ever had in my life. Theres a taco stand that I highly recommend to anyone passing through. I try and stop everytime I have a load going through Springfield.

That concrete guy appreciates a nice ride 👍 just like me (also a concrete truck driver) who appreciates all the shinny trucks. Concrete is a hard game to keep a clean truck. I used to but it's like keeping a shinny shovel. Just doesn't make sense.
Useless exhaust? No thanks. Either stick with stock or tie it into the stacks myself.
I did ready-mix in the late 80s. I don't miss it, but I miss driving. I'll be back soon!

EZ Pass is a must if you use toll roads regularly. Ohio Puco are the mechanics with a badge,the only thing that changed was wrapper on the car.
Dan, don't comment often but I watch every second of your videos. Been following you for a long time. I don't think you were numbering your videos when I started watching your channel. Can't stand it when there's not a video. I know its a lot of work but we enjoy it so much. And Bailey is a superstar.

Wave at the horse farms in Ocala, Florida as you go by exit 69 on I-75, lived there about 30 years working the horses.
That;s what I was thinking when he mentioned the trip. I'm not a horse man nor a horse hand but I'm locked down overseas and yearning to go back to my good old USA ... Ocala is where my wife and I are planning to settle someday when COVID allows. I'm not a trucker other, but the big reason I watch every one of Dan's videos is o see the wide-open roads of American and American flags flying in the breeze.

My alternator belt is squealing right now, it’s driving me insane! Fairly new as well but some belts just squeal almost right from new. Seats and plastic parts in the dash squeaking and making noise all day, enough to drive a man insane that’s for sure.
Bailey sure seems nice and calm and enjoying the ride.

Hey Dan! Great video! Love the resolution of your videos! As for the PIP feature I’ve struggled with that for a loooooong time...just couldn’t grasp how to use it in my videos with the newer editors. I finally solved my problem in the last month by buying an iPhone XS and downloading an app called DoubleTake. Yeah, I’m a gadget guy! Lol! Thanks for sharing and have a great day! God Bless! ~Jim~
