This is the best way to teach it. I've been learning this for months now and I actually got it this time. Thanks brother
That's great. My only problem is the chamber. I'm still working on that. Manage to tackle the slide switch.
I see Ken from Streetfighter in the background. Fellow geek right here.😄 Thankyou for the lessons 🙏
Nice instructive video on this kick, thank you.
Very instructive. Thanks 😃
My switch kick came easily, but teaching it has been hit and miss, I'll try this drill, thanks Coach!
Never seen anyone teach it like this. Greatly appreciated
Master coach

Bang

Not sure how long you think your arms are 🤷♂️
Today was my first day learning body kicks in class. I seem to be having a problem turning my chest when I kick. Also for some reason I feel really unbalanced throwing a switch kick.
if you still have problems try to exaggerate your posture, when teaching Muay Thai kicks I like to tell people to imagine like they are cockfighting and they gotta stand proud to keep good balance and speed on the kicks.
They say stay above your plant foot and use it as a balance balance is important and speed snapping back fast , you’re probably leaning too far back on ur kick so ur having to come forward after impact and catch yourself. They teach u to stay tall in your strikes as they land so you can either lay on more strikes or then play defense at the level cause they say if you lean back that right hand is still going to come anyway and now you can’t slip left cause your upper body is shifted backwards
