Me too... So many songs I've heard thousands, but like you said never really "heard" because I missed the actual lyrics which is meat of it all and what the artist was trying to actually convey not just the chorus. So yes my journey has been under way as well🙉🙈🙊✌🌼
Can't be. What made them great is what also tore them apart. The conflict, the push and pull, between Hodgson and Davies creates great art. It also rips the band apart. Neither was as great apart as they were together, but they are humans. Conflict and struggle wears you out. No matter how good the art. I am VERY thankful for the great albums we have from them, and respect the fact that they have had enough of each other too. Real lives are like that. So much great stuff comes from artists in conflict. Works for some bands. (Multiple writers getting along for decades can work too. e.g. Weir/Garcia. Every band is different.)
Such a sweet & uplifting song. My personal favorite from Supertramp. These lyrics will always be relevant as long as there are humans around. Hope everyone has a wonderful evening...🌹🌝🎶
