It's because in pacifisk you act like a human, so Asgore sees a human, bun in genocide in the other hand you act like real monster, so Asgore don't see any human.
I feel like in Pacifist, he knows you won't kill him, and uses that to his advantage, fighting you. But in Genocide, he knows his life is in danger, and isn't as bold.
I have to say that something about this fan made ending feels off. It's an interesting take to say the least, but I do have a few questions: 1) Is everyone truly dead? Alphys did take some with her to shelter according to normal Genocide route, and I don't know if we're meant to take the idea that they died somehow or were killed. 2) Alphys's revived monsters recovered some limited sentience, so I don't know how much Sans can do himself to help in that department. This matter is more unbelievable to me than Sans somehow making a torture and death ending possible.

Sad right she must been really dumb to think sans would do it soon or later to figure it out and fix it. He been throw time and space and the timelines. Hehe wow she must be so blunt to not know... i don't think that the monsters could take down the miltary but i just realized how terrifying of a situation it would be if the nice powerful characters in fiction got mad at humanity and started terrozizing and caused the end of the world like sonic the hedgehog if he got pissed off at eggman
its cuz in genocide sans is the only one who knows that your a monster hence by the "my brother would really like to see a human, so it would help me if you kept on pretending to be one" and the "so what kind of monster are you?"
@LordMax yes, but languages can be very hard to master. (I should know, being from the Netherlands. Heck, I still make a lot of mistakes.) Maybe take it easy on them?
Imagine how sad it is when you can kill Papyrus in one hit (on a Neutral run he is statistically stronger then Undyne) but you die over and over and over and over to the statistically weakest monster in the game.

All of this sparks what I shall call the MWII (Monster War 2). All of the “boss” monsters you killed are back, and have been restored with DT. In the Human world, you go into hiding. You must avoid the monsters as they come. If one sees you, you have to fight. Your attacks do no damage to them (except against Sans), but hitting them repeatedly will cause them to melt, which will put them out of the game for some time. After you return to the Human village, you find it broken and burned, with some monsters still around. You can sneak by, or slaughter them, netting you more EXP and LV. You may also explore the burned husks of houses, giving you items, some insight into what happened, and your past before you went into Mt. Ebott. After you leave the village, you encounter Papyrus. He’s agitated you left him as a pile of dust, and he attacks you. However, he cannot force himself to hurt another, even after what you did. He gives you one last chance. When you Fight, he’ll turn into a worthless dust pile. *Your LV Increased to 21. You cannot Spare anything, as your mercy button is now gone. Next, you go into the countryside, with more monsters. At the end, you fight Toriel and Asgore. They do not hold back for your sake. Near the end, both are worn out. If you attack Toriel, Asgore will absorb the blow with his body. *”Toriel, I’m sorry. I hope you can forgive me...” Even after all he’s done, Toriel weeps for him, a king felled by a monster. She does nothing as you swing your blade again. Next, you end up in the Metro, a huge city. There are multiple floors to the buildings, which you can access from the inside or fire escapes. Items and monsters can be found here, as well as a new weapon, the Butcher’s Knife. 99 damage, and a chance to get a healing item from enemies. *Fitting. At the end of a long hallway, you encounter Undyne, with a spear in each hand. You now have two shields for this fight, one red and one blue. The Shields can only deflect spears of the same color. After defeating her, you gain The Undying Armor. This armor is weaker than the Locket, but you will be fully revived and immune to damage once a battle. *She doesn’t need it anymore. Finally, you come to the Farm after leaving the Building, a small area with a Save Point, Box, and vending machine. The vending machine dispenses Popato Chisps, Instant Noodles, Soda, which increases your speed, Coffee, which raises your max health by 10, and Legendary Heroes. In the next room, you come to Sans, whom is waiting for you. *... *looks like you didn’t listen, kid. *We tried to warn you. *and now you’re not gonna like what’s next. *it’s time for your judgement. The fight is for the most part the same, but at the end, when Sans is asleep, something different happens. Instead of Sans getting slashed, Asriel had stepped in front of the blow, and taken it. Despite his power being almost godlike, this instantly reduces his health to zero. With his last breath, he gives the souls to Sans, giving him insane power. Despite having such power at his disposal, he remains almost the same, except for wings that seem to contain the souls. With his power restored, Sans continues his battle with you. At certain points, you are then fighting one of the souls, with the battle depending on which soul it is. Patience will send several attacks at you from different angles, very difficult normally, but these moves will turn blue and pass slowly through you and do nothing. Bravery fires small orange dots around the box, and then each turns orange. When it does, you have a one second timer to move away, before it explodes. Integrity fires spinning blades that constantly home on you. These will fire consistently from several angles, until you need to keep moving to avoid being hit. Perseverance will have book constantly showing on the bottom right corner of the screen, with a large pen seemingly going over notes. This pen will appear on the purple lines that you are confined to, and will attempt to hit you. Kindness will send 3 large orbs around the map, which you will be trapped in if you are with in the range. These shields will then shrink, dealing damage when it gets small enough. However, once the shield has crushed you, it will become a food item that will heal you 10 health each. Justice will load a large revolver with several orange or cyan bullets, then will “fire” around the screen, leaving that color in that space. Each of the souls needs 3 good hits to be put down, and will drop a healing item when defeated. Finally, after this exhausting battle, both you and Sans have nothing left in the tank. He is sweating, and you have only 1 HP left. *kid... *what are you trying to prove? *that you can do anything as long as you try? *that nothing matters except for the killing? *... *i don’t have anything left, kid... *you may as well just end it. You have only one option. The Fight button awaits. You kill Sans, leaving his dust scattered on the ground. *your LV has increased to 25. The Fallen Human, Chara, appears before you. You hold your knife up, as if to protect yourself. But you cannot escape judgement. You die, as before. Everything you had just gone through holds no meaning. It doesn’t matter what you do to delay the inevitable. The consequences always follow.
@@Neko.091 or at the end when Chara kills you, Gaster could appear and tell you: "*Reset" and that's it, if you refuse, you will get into a fight with Gaster, and you only have 5 HP and he will hold the body head and arm of all characters in undertale, INCLUDING THE EXTRA ONES, and all secret ones too. when you die, he breaks your save file's and makes you restart the whole game. but in order to win, you have to survive everything he does, it will go to ruins monsters, snowdin monsters, hotland monsters, core monsters, bosses from every destination, secret bosses, etc when you do beat gaster though, you level DOWN to level 1 and he says *Nothing in life is ever fair, is it? *Dark, Darker, yet Darker and then he drags you down to the void, where you can't do anything, he destroyed your save files anyway, and he soft locked you
karimitic kaeloo GREAT TEM LORD: Actually he wouldn't become omega Flowey unless he wanted to. If Flowey wanted to than he could be any form he wants to be but because of his malicious intent he had in Undertale he chose a terrifying monster with loads of weapons and a Tv screen to show his face.

You know, Chara was already there to begin with. They just grow insane the more you kill their friends, and the more it starts to actually show. During a True Pacifist run, Chara is content simply watching Frisk, so they never really show up, and Frisk ends up being recognized as Frisk rather than Chara.
you know it's actually possible right? It's not possible to spare mettaton during genocide, but if you try, you'll be locked out of genocide and into neutral, and sans won't fight you, despite having the exact same amount of kills. Then you can still kill flowey and asgore will die no matter what so BOOM
@@ridingatractor7616 He just said it is not possible to spare Mettaton on Genocide. This would just leave Sans. Of course, that is only if this is actually true.
only way to spare mettaton neo(non-effective obstacle, thats what i think it stands for) is to not meet the kill requirment for hotland/core. if that happens when you kill him he says you were holding back. you then are put back onto the neutral route.
I like the detail of how since you’re still below LV 20, you have still have some control over your actions like in the Sans fight, and not fully possessed by Chara where simply pressing A in the dialogue triggers an instant kill.
@@ryandennison8754 mainly because chara doesn't appear until you kill flowey. They do not appear in any part of the game during genocide (example: like, turning slowly into frisk furong the run) until the end, which only says we have awakened them by ending the gemocide. Meanwhile the player Does control frisk during all the whole genocide Killing enemies during dialogue is probably some kind of cutscene.
YOU dont lose control at all. YOU are in control the whole game. is anyone taking your controller or keyboard and forcing you to do anything? nope. thats what undertale is about. YOU are the puppet master. you control frisk into doing whatever you want. the player is the real villain, not chara, not frisk, not anyone but you.

I kinda think it would be kinda cool to spare sans in the real game. Imagine at the end when you move your box over to fight, what if you moved over to spare and something else happens. I don't think that would fit the run though...
So we have an ending where Sans is willing to bring his friends back from the dead causing them further pain as well as more of his own possibly. Unless we were to consider Sans being a complete neutral and feeling nothing towards the pain his friends are going through, which is probably WORSE. It's kind of surprising how you didn't take into consideration the 'evacuated' monsters and make something out of that. It's a cool video but if done differently then it might have had an extra kick in it and had better interpretations of the characters.

I think my only complaint is how.. out of character all of them are. I know this is fanmade and all but.. it just kinda irks me.. I know many of them would not be willing to kill, especially not Papyrus, Toriel...Napstablook. And just.. Sans talking about murdering all humans was nothing like him. Though, I have never done something like this so you can take my criticism as a grain of salt if you don't appreciate it.
yea, i couldnt really get into it. i was liking it up to the point of Sans letting go of his vengeance, which i thought was cute, but then it spiraled out of control from there. the whole mini story completely contradicts itself
My dude I am very aware of that. It's out of character for Sans to describe "ripping humans limb from limb", that's just not his style. He just dunks them and is over with it. But for Sans, that was too much.
He uses that as a major threat to the human, sans would NEVER want to kill anyone, which is why he's using such a huge threat to scare the human into making the right decision. Or... atleast he hopes the human will make the right decision.

All of this sparks what I shall call the MWII (Monster War 2).
All of the “boss” monsters you killed are back, and have been restored with DT.
In the Human world, you go into hiding.
You must avoid the monsters as they come.
If one sees you, you have to fight.
Your attacks do no damage to them (except against Sans), but hitting them repeatedly will cause them to melt, which will put them out of the game for some time.
After you return to the Human village, you find it broken and burned, with some monsters still around.
You can sneak by, or slaughter them, netting you more EXP and LV.
You may also explore the burned husks of houses, giving you items, some insight into what happened, and your past before you went into Mt. Ebott.
After you leave the village, you encounter Papyrus.
He’s agitated you left him as a pile of dust, and he attacks you.
However, he cannot force himself to hurt another, even after what you did.
He gives you one last chance.
When you Fight, he’ll turn into a worthless dust pile.
*Your LV Increased to 21.
You cannot Spare anything, as your mercy button is now gone.
Next, you go into the countryside, with more monsters.
At the end, you fight Toriel and Asgore.
They do not hold back for your sake.
Near the end, both are worn out.
If you attack Toriel, Asgore will absorb the blow with his body.

Even after all he’s done, Toriel weeps for him, a king felled by a monster.
She does nothing as you swing your blade again.
Next, you end up in the Metro, a huge city.
There are multiple floors to the buildings, which you can access from the inside or fire escapes.
Items and monsters can be found here, as well as a new weapon, the Butcher’s Knife.
99 damage, and a chance to get a healing item from enemies.
*Fitting.
At the end of a long hallway, you encounter Undyne, with a spear in each hand.
You now have two shields for this fight, one red and one blue.
The Shields can only deflect spears of the same color.
After defeating her, you gain The Undying Armor.
This armor is weaker than the Locket, but you will be fully revived and immune to damage once a battle.
*She doesn’t need it anymore.
Finally, you come to the Farm after leaving the Building, a small area with a Save Point, Box, and vending machine.
The vending machine dispenses Popato Chisps, Instant Noodles, Soda, which increases your speed, Coffee, which raises your max health by 10, and Legendary Heroes.
In the next room, you come to Sans, whom is waiting for you.

The fight is for the most part the same, but at the end, when Sans is asleep, something different happens.
Instead of Sans getting slashed, Asriel had stepped in front of the blow, and taken it.
Despite his power being almost godlike, this instantly reduces his health to zero.
With his last breath, he gives the souls to Sans, giving him insane power.
Despite having such power at his disposal, he remains almost the same, except for wings that seem to contain the souls.
With his power restored, Sans continues his battle with you.
At certain points, you are then fighting one of the souls, with the battle depending on which soul it is.
Patience will send several attacks at you from different angles, very difficult normally, but these moves will turn blue and pass slowly through you and do nothing.
Bravery fires small orange dots around the box, and then each turns orange. When it does, you have a one second timer to move away, before it explodes.
Integrity fires spinning blades that constantly home on you. These will fire consistently from several angles, until you need to keep moving to avoid being hit.
Perseverance will have book constantly showing on the bottom right corner of the screen, with a large pen seemingly going over notes. This pen will appear on the purple lines that you are confined to, and will attempt to hit you.
Kindness will send 3 large orbs around the map, which you will be trapped in if you are with in the range. These shields will then shrink, dealing damage when it gets small enough. However, once the shield has crushed you, it will become a food item that will heal you 10 health each.
Justice will load a large revolver with several orange or cyan bullets, then will “fire” around the screen, leaving that color in that space.
Each of the souls needs 3 good hits to be put down, and will drop a healing item when defeated.
Finally, after this exhausting battle, both you and Sans have nothing left in the tank. He is sweating, and you have only 1 HP left.

Everything you had just gone through holds no meaning.
It doesn’t matter what you do to delay the inevitable.

You know, Chara was already there to begin with. They just grow insane the more you kill their friends, and the more it starts to actually show. During a True Pacifist run, Chara is content simply watching Frisk, so they never really show up, and Frisk ends up being recognized as Frisk rather than Chara.

It's not possible to spare mettaton during genocide, but if you try, you'll be locked out of genocide and into neutral, and sans won't fight you, despite having the exact same amount of kills. Then you can still kill flowey and asgore will die no matter what so BOOM

only way to spare mettaton neo(non-effective obstacle, thats what i think it stands for) is to not meet the kill requirment for hotland/core. if that happens when you kill him he says you were holding back. you then are put back onto the neutral route.
I like the detail of how since you’re still below LV 20, you have still have some control over your actions like in the Sans fight, and not fully possessed by Chara where simply pressing A in the dialogue triggers an instant kill.

They do not appear in any part of the game during genocide (example: like, turning slowly into frisk furong the run) until the end, which only says we have awakened them by ending the gemocide.
Meanwhile the player Does control frisk during all the whole genocide

It's kind of surprising how you didn't take into consideration the 'evacuated' monsters and make something out of that. It's a cool video but if done differently then it might have had an extra kick in it and had better interpretations of the characters.
