There are some cases where texel density doesn't matter to me,
and i really want to adjust a couple of UVs to be much smaller than the rest, while enlarging others.
kind of what you did with the mix, but what if i want to make it smaller, by hand, how can i do that ?

Select the island, and scale it using the transform tool.

What's the RizomUv widget that is used on c4d ? and when you use it to import the model to rizomuv,it's like the dynamic link on adobe programs ? I mean , after the import , when you unwrapped the model on rizomuv and saved it , the uvmap will be changed on c4d ?

Yes, it's the RizomUV bridge for C4D, this is created by a third party dev.
