    Ive heard this entire air/exhaust circuit can be permanently closed and disabled by clamping a vacuum control hose.
    Thia allegedly also stops inlets coking up.
    Can you identify the pipe which would emable this?

    Hello, thank you for your video. I hope you can help me,i got this error code in BMW
    290900 - Air system, Air to Egr mass flow, plausibility : measured air mass compared with calculated air mass too high. How do I diagnose it? What could be the cause?

      My response is based on your comment. If the measured air mass is higher than recommended I want to believe that could be caused by an egr valve that is open constantly, if that is the case the engine will also be down on power. Let me if that is the case. Everytime the egr valve opens, the air mass meter should reduce it's readings to accommodate the extra air from the egr valve.

    hello @Jamroz , i took off the egr cooler and the valve is stuck, hardly moving when using the parrot plaier after i took it off .
    A lot of cleaning, oil and wd 40, it s moving, but not by hand. Should i replace the entire egr cooler or there s a way to make it free again?
    I had 4C9F and 4C9E saying the acuator is non fuctioning.

      Sorry bro i had taken a break. i would change the whole thing because i might happen again. if carbon is the problem fitting a new one will work for a season. check if the turbo bearings are not allowing oil to go into the engine

    does EGR COOLER cause water to mix with oil by any chance please let me know

      If the oil is in the coolant overflow bottle only, the oil mix is caused by the oil cooler not egr cooler.

    I have error P14A3 EGR exchanger bypass jammed open(hot side). The car is Peugeot 5008 1.6 HDI. What can I do?

      Try cleaning the egr valve clear the code and take the car for a drive. The valve is stuck because of carbon. You can buy egr valve cleaner from motorfactors
