During an outbreak one time I caught two shiny Grotles, after I caught the first one the second one spawned immediately after and earlier I caught a shiny primplup so I have all three sinnoh starters as shiny now
Wow, some absolutely crazy finds here! You kind of brushed over it, but that shiny alpha voltorb was incredibly rare! Non-outbreak, non-static shalphas are one of the rarest things in this game, I'd almost even say it's on par with the Cranidos, though I don't blame you for focusing on that, since a full odds distortion shiny is incredible. Awesome video! My personal rarest shiny is a shalpha togepi I found in a normal mass outbreak, though my three shiny wormadam are pretty good too

I've just been hunting the Alphas (non-shiny) myself, though with the caveat of no evolving, since I think it's neat that you can catch every pokemon wild in these games. Finding the last ~15 alphas that are exclusive to distortions has been very, VERY slow.

I was personally lucky enough to get a shiny Rowlet at full odds before the daybreak update, at ~240 space time distortion rare spawns. I have the clip of the encounter on my channel, and It's by far my rarest shiny oat. Now, I have the game running in the Crimson Mirelands anytime I'm on my desktop, with max shiny odd boosts, in hopes of getting a shiny alpha porygon

I've spent over a hundred twenty hours so far in L:A trying to get a shiny trash cloak burmy or wormadam. I finally had to take a break, maybe I'll go back to the hunt soon

Btw, on average you need to see 58000 granidos or similar to find an alpha shiny, so I recommend leaving distortion Pokémon out. It's the same rate for burmy, but 1: you can find them more quickly using a path through the coastlands and 2: it can be duplicated using an exploit, so if you are lucky you only need to find one shiny alpha female burmy

When I heard about the shiny odds of this game at first my goal was to get all shiny pokemon but after hearing how ridicuolously rare the distortion shinies and burmy are I just didnt try because for Eevee alone with the shiny charm and perfect dex it took me 3-4 months to get all 8 shiny eeveelutions cause mass outbreaks of them are so rare. Now I have all the outbreak shinies and my current goal is to get a full box of shiny alphas. Really awesome that you found these shinies dude. I hope legends Z-A will also have shiny odds like this and make the shiny charm easily accessible without trading
of all the things ive found in arceus, one of the most memorable was my shiny burmy. i perfected the dex entry and was honestly only half looking for it, checking all the trees but not really expecting to find it, but eventually a shiny lil green guy jumped out at me from one of them, and it was one of the best payoffs ever. burmy’s not a favourite to many, but i love the lil guy, was so happy to find that shiny.
I finished this same Alpha challenge a few months ago, takes some serious effort to get through those Space Time Distortions. Congrats man! Definitely luckier than me! I had hardly any shinies to put in my video when I did it :/
The rarest thing that has happened to me in Legends Arceus is getting the static Alpha Chansey as shiny and the static Alpha Ninetales also as shiny, on the same map check. Plus I checked them right after each other
I did find a random shiny male Burmy my first playthrough of Legends Arceus. I think its fun how the shiny sound happens so quick after hitting the tree, really satisfying.
Nice video! Im still hunting for shiny burmy in this game to this day. As for the recording glitchiness, you might have your output quality set to same as stream which might be causing the issue. If you can afford the extra processing power on your computer, you can try to set it to a different quality and see if that fixes things.

But if you did get every single pokemon and form in all 4, you'd have the most complete save file of Legends Arceus ever.
Dude, huge congrats! Shiny Cranidos from a Distortion is something I'm secretly wishing for. I'm looking for basically any Distortion shiny currently so that I can put it into my team and finally finish the game 😂. It was kinda crazy to find a full odds shiny Drifblim in a Distortion back in June. I just named it Why, because 1. I have the line completed, and 2. I already have a shiny Drifblim in my PLA team, and shiny Drifblim was the thing I wanted the least from a Distortion (aside from Shinx line, which is even crazier, because I have reasearch level 10 on Shinx, Luxio and Luxray, and they spawn in the same Distortions as Drifblim)
i am 100% using the red sky space time distortions to my advantage while I hunt shiny and alpha johtonian sneasel (I want both, and both on one sneasel is also an eventual goal)

Because I needed a Pokémon to reach research level 10 with to advance in my game that couldn’t be shiny for my full odds file. You don’t get manaphy or phione until way after you beat the game which I couldn’t do as I needed to be banished so I needed to trade them over to use them. Manaphy was too high of a level so it wouldn’t obey so I had to use phione instead lol
@ you can get manaphy and phione as early as the fifth rank without transferring. I actually got it as soon as I could, far before the end of the game, just because I love them so much. Just wanted to let you know :)

my first (and currently only) shiny alpha is a non-static haunter i found in the crimson mirelands having a great time with this game since i got it for my birthday lol
While I don't have a distortion shiny yet. I do have some alpha shinies, My rarest ones are Shiny hisuain Basculin and Shiny Clefairy from regular outbreaks especially Clefairy since that was during the Main story. The others are from the Permutation method which I personally recommend doing for shiny non static alphas that would otherwise be really hard to get such as most pre evolutions.

My rarest Legends shiny is a Shalpha Zubat that I left behind a few times before finally catching it. I thought it was a regular shiny because alpha Zubat doesn't have glowing red eyes.
This is by far my favorite pokemon game. I have all available alpha pokemon and I have 210 shiny alphas. Working on a living shiny alpha dex. I’m hunting Alpha shinys of the distortion exclusives and it’s no joke. Gotten some double alphas from massive mass outbreaks and many pre evo alphas. I got all the starters and their evo line. I don’t have shiny of a distortion alpha and a tree alpha. Those 2 are by far the rarest. Best of luck to everyone 😊
I got the alabaster Iceland space time distortion scissor… as shiny, full odds! But… I saved. Phew! All my mons died so I reset, no worries I’ll just try again. When I had reset tho. No space time distortion. My second worse shiny fail. First being alpha vespaquen :’)

Good luck! I had really bad luck finding alpha burmy at first but eventually I ended up getting all of them in a relatively short time! I hope your luck turns around like mine did!
I had a shiny burmy that I used the cave method to get 6 of, then I got magneton, shieldon, dartrix, and cranidos shinies in distortions since it took me 2 months to get just an alpha shieldon. Gave up after that since I had every shiny that wasn’t in distortions and I was spending more time waiting for those to form than playing the game
Yeah the distortions are brutal. I have just been waiting for them while hunting in other games like when I was hunting mew in emerald in the magnemite clip!
Wormadam was the first shiny I caught in Arceus. I was so confused when I heard the shiny sound after throwing my pokemon out. It's not even a good shiny 😭
I personally think shinies are cool because they’re rare! I never paid attention to shiny burmy or wormadam until legends arceus! It’s cool to have them with the hisui origin mark on them!
@@ThedomiNATION Would you believe I found it while a distortion area was forming? As for distortion hunts, the only shiny I ever found was super early in game and it was a shiny Driftblim.
Good luck! The best way to find distortions honestly is to just wait for them while doing something else. Every 5 minutes the switch screen dims and that’s when I check if one shows up! Like I said in the video certain weather can restart distortion timers so if one of them happens, you need to sleep in a tent to advance the time until the weather ends and try again!
I got the hang of it and somehow got shalpha porygon and shalpha craniados on my 5th distortion! Still don’t know how I managed to do that but I’m not complaining
I got a shiny Wormadam!! It's Sandy Cloak, I wish it was Trashy I love that pink~ It was from Coastlands but in the exact other direction as where you got your Burmy. Mine I got by the crater, on the other side from the ocean up on the cliff. If that makes sense?

and if you don't want to spend time farming money through space time distortions, there is also an item duplication glitch in the game that lets you gather tons of grit items (which you can then sell for money). and with access to that much money, you should just be able to buy all the crafting items you need!

Yes you can! Just make sure to not quell the noble avalugg until after you Perfect everything you want!

As for distortion hunts, the only shiny I ever found was super early in game and it was a shiny Driftblim.

For some reason when playing legends arceus I was exploring a space time distortion and saw it was shiny and I only noticed because the screws

Good luck! The best way to find distortions honestly is to just wait for them while doing something else. Every 5 minutes the switch screen dims and that’s when I check if one shows up! Like I said in the video certain weather can restart distortion timers so if one of them happens, you need to sleep in a tent to advance the time until the weather ends and try again!
I got the hang of it and somehow got shalpha porygon and shalpha craniados on my 5th distortion! Still don’t know how I managed to do that but I’m not complaining

It was from Coastlands but in the exact other direction as where you got your Burmy. Mine I got by the crater, on the other side from the ocean up on the cliff. If that makes sense?
If you got it from the coastlands it should be trash cloak. Unless you got it as a burmy and evolved it after changing the cloak

Try to perfect the research of the Pokémon you can get from distortions! Sometimes rng can be bad but it can still help!

How did you get so many materials to make that many items? Mod them in?
You can buy materials in jubilife village and they’re pretty cheap! I used the money from selling items from space time distortions!
and if you don't want to spend time farming money through space time distortions, there is also an item duplication glitch in the game that lets you gather tons of grit items (which you can then sell for money).
and with access to that much money, you should just be able to buy all the crafting items you need!
