In Malay, we can say kami (us) but instead of kami, we can make it ka'me' with the same pronunciation, so now, us as in kami is integrated in the singular me.
I would suggest that you follow Daniel S and Eckhart Tolle both ....after about a year of following you will start to connect the dots.Also if you are a book reader then read their books.Eckhart comes from a spiritual perspective and Daniel from a scientific one but both are ultimately speaking about the same thing.
Nobel prize winner Frank Wilczek says mind is matter, mind is matter, To this I disagree. If we put the human brain on a scale it weighs this. There is at the present not a scale that exists that can weigh the mind. The mind is not found in the tissue of the brain. The mind is localized and non-localized. The mind is a state of being capable of unlimited growth and development. We might say that the mind can be understood and assessed by the values it maintains. We grow the mind by what we understand of these values and include in our daily lives. Insights given as a gift allow us entry into a more inclusive state of spiritual being.
