What Happened To Doctor Who's Dalek Caan?

Dalek Caan was one of the 4 members of the cult of skaro (Dalek Sec, thay & jast) who appeared in, Army of Ghosts/Doomsday alongside the dalek prison ship, the genesis ark which was constructed by the timelords, Daleks in Manhattan and Evolution of the Daleks & Stolen Earth/Journeys End alongside Davros. Dalek Caan after he used a temporal shift, broke the timelock of the time war and saved davros but went mad. Caan was an insane prophet Dalek higher than the emperor himself who faced the 10th Doctor and his children of time, but what happened to him?

Dalek Caan is definitely one of the few Daleks to fully redeem himself by secretly helping the Doctor and his Human allies defeat Davro's New Dalek Empire. Dalek Caan was a total BADASS, especially when he talks back to Davros.

A mad Dalek prophet? Fascinating. I think this is what Asylum of the Daleks and Into the Dalek were trying to do by going into ideas relating to mental health. However, I think when the Doctor defeated Caan at the end of season 4, it basically stopped Caan from going back again to the Time War, so the whole thing got reset or forgotten.

Nothing got reset, Caan emergency temporal shifted from New York in series 3 straight into the time war, rescued Davros, rebuilt the empire and then Died. There is no mystery we saw what happened
