I wish you added the fact that we Germans really love historical houses. One of my friends lives in a house that has existed since 1902.

The house I live in here in Berlin is old, I knew that and thought it was turn of the century but it's actually from the 1870's. That explains the wagon wheel grooves in one part of the floor.
