Do not put a slash mark when the libero replaces any player, just put the "L" only because they are replacements not subs. Only subs on the libero tracker have slashes so you can count the slashes as a double-check on how many subs were used. Other than that, the video is helpful.

When you switch the courts do you keep the triangle for where the libero served

The triangle will change each set. Each set you will add a new triangle for where the libero served in that set as teams may change their rotations.

Why start with right front on one team line up, but start with right back on the other team line up?

that is because one team is starting with serve and the other will rotate once before they serve
