I think only the elite/famous and people who crossed paths with Diddy really knew how deep it really went though. I knew Diddy was weird/sus and threw extravagant parties + signed artists/entertainers to slave contracts which usually results in their career rotting after a short run, but I never would have thought he was literally blackmailing and extorting a lot of people by holding embarrassing videos. Who knows how many millions of dollars under the table he must have extorted from famous people to not leak tapes of them

It’s just legal talk, because of the whole innocent until proven guilty by law
the charges against him are still unproven. He's not going to jail for beating Cassie or having wild parties or even the guns/drugs. They could get him on the last two, but that's not what he's charged with. It's only evidence in larger charges which have yet to be proven. At the very least though they could charge him on the lesser drug charges and having illegal guns, but that's like a few years if that.

So out of curiosity and based on timeline of action taken by Homeland security as well as the lack of consequences for prior incidents such as the shooting in the club with J-Lo when he was just starting his rise to fame & power in the entertainment industry after raiding his homes but a week or two prior to indictment several government officials from Mayors to Commissioners as well as several other prominent officials from NY have resigned positions facing charges for corruption .. is it possible those were some of the people making him feel protected & comfortable enough to not only facilitate these actions but help in his rise power & control? I just feel any individual involved enabling this behavior should be held accountable. Abuse, extortion, control in the entertainment industry has been going on since Shirley Temple, Natalie Woods, Marilyn Monroe just to name a few. It's sickening!!!

I do know Howard stern did not participate in that ish. I have heard several interviews him stating he had heard some freaky things go on there and he has had several interviews with usher and other people asking them if those parties were disturbing. None of the guest would say exactly what went on but a few of them said no way would they go to anymore . I’m going g to guess some of those at the party had no idea underage people were involved ( or have not witnessed that , just heard ), and just because you go to a party doesn’t mean you know everything going on or participated in certain things. I have been to parties where I thiight freaky things were going on upstairs but I stayed out of it. I have been asked if I wanted to take drugs during parties but I just said no thank you. I have left parties early so who knows what went on after I left. So you never know if some of those at the parties don’t know weather certain people wanted the drugs to participate in some freaky things. I’m just hoping that nobody knew underage people were forced or slipped drugs in peoples drinks etc and all that happened. It’s one thing if you are 18 and over and want to take the drugs and want to have s&x with multiple people ( willing participant of age ) versus underage and not wanting to participate but being drugged or forced to do so

That is not really correct. When the feds were able to 'turn' someone then that person would be a key/state witness and not a codefendant anymore. RICO requieres at least two people to be a criminal enterprise. Remember the Gotti case? They 'turned' Gravano and used him as a key witness. So, that could be a reason why we don't hear from any other codefendants.

There's one other silent elephant in the room that we all need to think about. IF, I'm not mistaken I think one of the reasons why he requires other people to sometimes carry guns for him in a crowded situation is because (I believe) he already had one conviction on his record prior to hooking up with Ventura and JLo. If I'm right about this that would have made him ineligible, to carry a weapon.
