I work for PFG and there's a similar program that they have which is called a DIT program. Which is driver in training, what is the name of this program for GFS? And how do one apply for it?
Just called training it doesn’t really have a name. You would have just have to apply online and hopefully there’s positions available at the moment. Or if you know someone working there they might be able to put in a word for you
@@SRTYatted so if I am Monday through Friday schedule now does that mean I wouldn’t have to do the Monday-Saturday schedule with one day off during the week at the new place, it’d be Mon-Fri?
You should definitely look into getting it removed. Practice in a friends manual car and it’s literally the same thing. Find out if you can go straight to the tests you need so you can skip the whole school and expense. Majority of Gordon’s trucks are manual
how about lock in contract with gfc?
Do you have to load the trucks ?
Getting with HR Tuesday for a start day. I can drive stick but from what I’ve heard they got automatics too in Texas. . I rather drive a automatic 😅
We have some automatic too but mainly the vets get them

Do you have any info on Gordon’s transfer policy for drivers?
Haven’t looked too into it but I know they give some money for moving and also to get a home wherever you transfer to
@@SRTYatted what about your seniority, does it reset when you transfer?
@@jvideos9081 no you keep your seniority wherever you go

@@jvideos9081 I guess it depends what kind of route you get over there and how much seniority you would have over the others that are already there.
