I wonder if male masturbation is too gay, yet straight guys still enjoy doing it so how is pleasure around the prostate any different considering every man (biological) has a prostate. I think society confuses pleasure with who one is attracted to and those are separate.
also MItch, I have the same issue you do. for me its the friction, not the in & out. My first issue was a fissure which I had Dr Evan Goldstein do surgery on. And now I usually only enjoy it when i'm riding and in control. (I am diagnosed w/CPTSD so there might be an element of that, but its too much info for a YT comment.) If need more context i can let you know.
@@ArrowofDarknessI have chronic gut issues & I’ve wondered if it’s the reason issues occur down there 🤔 Fissures & stuff happen, yeah. But I feel my body doesn’t function @ times bc health conditions affect my body’s entire system. & that means I can’t enjoy it like others would.
In many Latin American countries, men talk about ejaculate. It's normal to talk about your "milk." As an American, I still feel uncomfortable about discussing milk probably because I think of the pleasure of gay sex while they aren't. They also masturbate a lot and men do it together. This isn't considered gay. You only cross the line when someone touches a dick. Touching the other person is not allowed.
I think the medical community is moving towards not screening for prostate cancer because the current objective screening measures are PSA and digital rectal exams. Positive results leads to fine needle aspiration which can wholly end up at benign. However, if the aspirate comes back as cancer, then treatment is indicated. But the mortality of prostate cancer is low. So the whole point of moving towards not screening for prostate cancer is because the pros don’t outweigh the cons. More people die with prostate cancer than from prostate cancer because of other co-morbidities. I’m just commenting on where medicine is currently with the actual “benefits” of prostate cancer screening. Again, talking about screening, not being symptomatic (eg painful ejaculation, dribbling with urination, nocturna).
I don’t think they’re moving away from screening for prostate cancer. Getting a positive biopsy does not automatically indicate a need for treatment. A significant proportion of men with positive biopsies will go into active surveillance with regular PSA tests and will wait to undergo treatment until the need is indicated by rising PSA Generally speaking, the idea is that treatment has its own risks, so doctors don’t advise getting treatment until the risks of not getting treated begin to outweigh the risks of treatment
@@phanke8685 But doesn’t that underscore the point that prostate cancer screening doesn’t hold a lot of weight anymore. It’s a C grade on USPSTF. The money and slog of getting a biopsy due to 2 high PSA results just to come back as benign or malignant without need for treatment isn’t appealing as a workflow. PSA is definitely something to track if someone has/had prostate cancer or under surveillance. But there is a good split of people not ordering PSA or doing a DRE for prostate cancer screening. I understand the reason for screening but current prostate screening measures no longer have the weight it did when it rolled out. I’m not saying I’m right, but if I’m getting practice and test questions about how PSA is not a great screening measure then I think that’s enough for me to say that people are moving away from it. I’ve ordered a PSA and not ordered one on men who basically have the same health profile. Then I send them to urology and they don’t do anything except follow up in 6 months.
it is possible you havent met the right partner yet to play with your prostate the right way to give you pleasure. chemistry can have alot to do with it. and experience.
pressing on (not really hard) but putting pressure on a guys lower abdomen with your palm/hand-like around area of belly button region-can feel really 👍 👍 to them when being intimate. Is there a physiological reason why this is??
Pressure on lower abs makes organs move and apply pressure to the sex organs, making them feel kinda good. Like how women usually feel good when their boobs are touched. A full bladder is enough (speaking from experience) to make some men "in the mood." Touch and pressure replicates that/ can intensify it further. Pretty much just anatomy, although the physical touch itself and the intimacy of sex will also make things feel better.
I had to wear a device called a convene for which I needed some initial tumescense (sp) My nurse instructed me to press on that area which also contained the pubic bone etc., I hope you get to read this :) Good luck!
For the pain and uncomfortable feelings, if it's coming from tightness, try looking at pelvic floor stretches, and relaxing down there with breathing techniques. I have found it massively helpful. There are a surprising number of physical therapists that specialize in this on tiktok for men and women. Poses like butterfly, and more specific stretches that they show are especially great if you spend a lot of time sitting and being anxious like me lol. I've seen them also recommend slowly/carefully using dilators for a bit. The only thing is to be at least semi-consistent with the stretches or else you might tighten back up pretty painfully. Also lots of lube and easing into it each time. Don't just shove it in!
I don't think that the correlated health issues form the other commenters are necessarily are true, but Definitely check your diet if you're spending a lot of time on the toilet, wiping too hard, and straining- look at your fiber intake. Also consider doing some pelvic floor stretches(not kegels, that's the opposite of what you want) too loosen up. It can also be linked to sitting too much and hypertension can increase bleeding if you already have hemorrhoids. Once you have had them, they're more likely to come back. Ignore me if you already know this tho. I don't want to patronize
I’m pretty sure almost everyone with a functioning prostate derived some pleasure from it it’s just external, for example, when you’re masturbating your external genitalia, when you orgasm your prostate spasm and it’s felt there. I just think one we don’t detach the two fillings and two were more focused on the outside feeling. Most people need to train their prostate to be reactive and pleasurable just like many women need to find what works for them. It’s very rare that someone is born with like a very sensitive erogenous prostate, it’s more like an addition that helps because guys who don’t have prostate, sometimes lose orgasm for a while and have reduced orgasms and might need to relearn how to orgasm. But when you have one it’s also not so noticeable so you wouldn’t think it does that much. But I noticed I had to train mine and use something that felt good for me and it defiantly helps. Additionally you don’t need a prostate to orgasm, but if you have one that functions it does play a role in your orgasms, it’s just not usually so intense for many as they don’t take the time and go through the journey of navigating it and training it, which can take a while sometimes. Bir some guys who are prone to like pre-coming and are very sensitive may pre-come while using the bathroom because any pressures like erotic. But we are all different. Some people can be so stimulated by their own imagination or other erogenous zones like their nipples, even kissing to the point where they orgasm.
Why was the perineum not mentioned? This is a wonderful aid to experience sexual climaxes and a lot less painful and much more hygienic method of stimulation.
I had a foster parent tell me about this in high school, I found you need a (hetero) man who’s real real comfortable to allow you try & hit that for him, literally purchased finger condoms to try it when I learned. Kinda sad so many people will never get to experience.
@@orthodox_gentleman Some parents (and foster parents) are happy to teach those in their care, be they kids or adults, how to have _good_ sex. It's worth it to teach people that sex isn't "just kinda whatever for me", it's "I should be participating and present, and my partner should be doing something for me when I'm doing something for them". That sounds so simple yet never got taught to so many people. More people should be willing to help break that cycle of poor sex by teaching the next generation around the time they may start having experiences.
@@orthodox_gentleman honestly as I have become an adult I think a lot of things that happened when I was a minor was wrong and I didn’t think of it then bc I felt grown, and to be fair I was in high school, grade 11, she knew I was sexually active.

the smell of it...... You really nailed it.
A lot of guys will swear the male Gspot is the frenulum -- which most circumcisd guys lost :(
The foreskin and frenulum has more pleasure nerves than the rest of the penis.
I think there’s a lot of spots ! The 4skin isn’t the end all.
