Most builds have to fake depth in certain parts of the design, and that can be understandable, especially if your building something like this in 100 hours. But go ahead and build a mega structure of your our with "skill" and make it more detailed. I'd love to see what you can come up with! Seriously I don't mean for this comment to be rude but if you could make something better I'd love to see the build!
@@thatonefella101 personally I like seeing builds with interiors and the detailing the most, especially color palettes. It’s the parts that take the most effort. The rest is really just making boxes and laying them out. Like this build is very straightforward. Box towers with trims. Not really many different shapes or attachments, even with the roofs. I agree it’s cool to see big projects which is why I watch, but personally I’d rather see builds with more detail and effort. A lot of things here are copy and pasted, towers, halves of buildings are all symmetrical, small houses. I did see that in some of the smaller houses there was a little bit of texturing but we really didn’t get to see much of those with those quick shots from above.
@@imabipolarbear9324 Well you can easily see some detail in this lake at 8:21 with the beaten path and the slightly worn houses using diorite, but I can get your point. It seems as though the build is a little over their head, as they aren't able to fully finish it with gradients across the whole build and detailed insides. And while some of the build is definitely copy and paste and a bit blocky, then their are things like the trees, which are really cool looking and don't need an interior, which I think you would call a finished tree at that point? If so its understandable that you feel the rest of the build a little lackluster compared to certain bits, but the overall quality is still impressive for a single person. If you love seeing these mega builds but with detailing and stuff I would recommend shovel241 for you because he does the same mega builds, albeit he uses copy and paste too, but he also sometimes does the insides, or he has a friend do it for him while he works on other parts of the build. He kind of has a whole crew to work on the build, and if Timtenth had another person working on the insides/detailing of the buildings, I think these builds could easily be just as polished and truly finished as what your looking for.

I love these builds. I would be interested to see a survival mega base where you did the interior with things link enchantment rooms, farms, portal, mine, etc. Also maybe more of a block palette. Don't get it twisted. This is still very cool and far better than I can build. Also, not saying build it in survival just for it.

Awesome build. The one criticism I can give is that from a logistical standpoint, the castle is the worst location; as it sits lower than the rest of the islands, Invaters need only take over the towns and other islands and lay siege on the castle giving the invaders a massive advantage.
Amazing, like every time. Idea for next video: Make Asgard from MCU with activated Bifrost with Loki and Thor which fight on rainbow bridge. Of course with clouds around planet and like small detail treasury room with a Chests of ancient winters, fake Infinity Gauntlet with all stones, Eternal Flame, Tesseract,.... It'll be hours of watching movies and search how it rly looks, but it can be rly amazing megabuild.
