Apple cider vinegar, kefir, organic fruits and vegetables, lean meats. Stay away from processed foods and fast food places.
Fresh food, no processed foods, plenty fruits and vegetables, manage stress. Who would argue with this? If you want to go strictly vegan, then go. To each his own. Some people thrive on raw/vegan diets, other's lose their hair, develop nutritional deficiencies and wither. No one plan for everyone. I do best on 20/80 but don't recommend it to others. @@rayj.9568 the point we need to consider is vegetable 🥗 mostly suits to everyone, but non veg are not. Personally I can feel it from myself. Whenever I eat chicken , lot of burping n discomfort in my stomach. My body trying hard to digest it . But never feel this sort discomfort after any veg meals. Same might be the case for many people. So doctors obviously recommends foods that suits for everyone 🙂

It’s really sad that anyone would be negative when this person is simply trying to help others and make a positive difference in their lives. You never know what medications or health conditions shape a person. The only anti-inflammatory diet, proven to be superior to our conventional diabetes diet recommendations when compared side by side, and proven with actual cardiograms, before and after, to reverse arterial atherosclerosis is a whole foods, no oil, fat restricted vegan diet.

This is very good for human body
This is from 8 years ago and so much research has been done that may date this advice. Keto or Carnivore are the least inflammatory diet choices a human can make and has been proven to decrease inflammatory based disease processes. It’s always best to do your own research.
If it comes in a box, a bag or a can don't eat it. At least read the label if you intend on eating it.
I have ptsd and chronic pain ; I have been researching glial cells for quite some time now . What do you think the relationship affect is between old injuries that continue to cause pain and satellite glial cells ??
Being overweight is highly pro inflammatory so it's very important that calories as well as food quality is taken into account

I find that a raw food and juice cleanse with 12 Oz of Wheatgrass daily for 2 weeks, 2 or 3 times a year keeps me healthy and grounded. The rest of the year I try to eat as much vegan but also will eat fish In moderation. This is my balance. Everyone is different.
