Awesome video, i just want to add up that you as you, real you isn't human, but something much more. It is human body and you are energy, divine force force guiding it, moving trough life. When you die you become aware of everything beyond 5 physical senses and few other nonphysical you have here on earth.
Every limit you have is only in your head, made of beliefs in many many layers. Life is getting better and better energetically, vibrationally, that's why more and more people can do "insane" stuff. Imagine how, even years back, some people did feats that were considered impossible by all standards science set, yet it was done. But to get there, you have to go step by step and figure out how to remove those limiters mentally. Great example is Rock Lee from Naruto, 8 inner gates.
What i mean to say whole life, all energy here is in a way your external teacher, you just have to realize it.
There's a saying, mind over matter, but the thing is, mind is matter, all is energy and mind is one way of expressing that energy in many many many different ways.
Word of advice, when you workout, take away music, take away all distractions and all external noises and just be with yourself. Listen your inner chat, overcome everything your mind throws at you instead of distracting it with music. It's like training with only 60% capability instead of 100% and beyond.
Your are more capable than you think and subconsciously limiting yourself with distractions you aren't even aware of.
I can see on myself, two months ago i couldn't run more than 10-15minutes, now i focus everything, my whole being on running. Also stopped smoking for same reason, because this belief was hard limiting my body. Now i can do uphill, downhill, straight for more than an hour. I do short breaks to breathe deeper for 30 seconds to rejuvenate body with oxygen then i move on.
If you want be extremely strong, fast, flexible, you have to believe it in first place, otherwise you limit yourself with halfassed beliefs.
Be awesome and good day to everyone who reads this. :)

Yes. I have questions that I ask myself every day. Now I will ask them to you. What makes a person feel feelings of apathy, greed and hatred? Why are human minds distorted to the point where we think we are immortal? Why do we do activities that are devoid of morality? Why is it that when we consciously sin, we are not ready to take our own blame, but blame others for it?

"Made from primordial matter born in the heart of a dying star"
As badass as this sounds, it is hard to embrace such chaotic concept and ignore the idea of a divine designer after hearing, during almost 14 minutes straight, the details of a design far more superior to any other design known.
    "I am Human. I am a Masterpiece."
By who? Well, that is a very good question. What about we look for the answer?

Not gonna lie, I'ts quite motivating thinking about how I'm not even a constant unit, but a lot of units constantly changing and transforming, I'm one in the present, and I'd like to change things I did in the past, that's not possible, but I'm the past of the future me, therefore, I can change my actions now, for my own future self's sake.

I really appreciate the positive message. I share a lot of the same ideas in that I don't want to train for any one thing and that I want to push my genetics and see what I am capable of. I currently am looking to become a personal trainer and have been somewhat discouraged with this lockdown. However, this positive message is quite nice. Additionally, it was interesting to hear some insight into the adaptations on both the cellular, tissue, organ, and whole body levels. Good stuff!

    • @Mori-ej9lr

It might be possible tbh. A lot of elite level meditators like monks or just very mindful people in general can hack their physiology and psychology in ways that would seem insane to the average person.

Yes I did this unknowingly since I'm a deeply reflective person who contemplates my emotions and about the issues in my life. In particular anger what makes me angry and why and how to control it. Doing this I've learned how to stay calm when angry and how to activate my adrenal glands I've become emotionally intelligent because of something I do when bored.

Oh yea I something I just thought about that might help was that one night when I woke up from sleep, my covers were on my face and since I was half asleep And not thinking logically thought I was stuck and not breathing and that I was gonna die. But all of a sudden I felt this “hysterical strength”. I felt like I could punch a whole through walls and jump really high but I didn’t try it cuz I didn’t want to wake my family up. I’m pretty sure it was my adrenaline kicking in because I thought I was gonna die but it was pretty interesting nonetheless. Now that I have a glimpse of what it feels like maybe I can tap into it somehow but if I find anything else out I’ll come back here
