      Aurelius Hanak great, I do a very basic wrist warm up a few times a day before my training and at the stat of all my classes I teach. It’s in of my follow along tutorials on RUclips

    in the exercise (legs way up) on 6:32 my hips are poping in a weird way and it hurts a little. does this dissapear after multiple training sessions?

    • @PaulTwyman
      @PaulTwyman  3 года назад +1

      Yes this can be common with the floor version as your hips cant move backwards because the floor stops you. Try with bent knees or allow the feet to come a little higher at the point you feel the popping. If it doesn't go away change to wall version only

      @PaulTwyman  3 года назад

      Impossible to say how long it will take as everyone is different but aim for 2-3 sessions per week and measure the progress

      @PaulTwyman  3 года назад

      turn hands out more, dont be too far away from the wall and keep pushing up/into the wall with shoulders and upper back

    @3:20 did you mean “if you’re NOT very flexible” ?

    • @PaulTwyman
      @PaulTwyman  4 года назад

      Cyril No I see this commonly with people that are very flexible especially in the hamstrings. They are able to bring the legs close to the torso at the same time as keeping the shoulders in place and hips on top of hands. This creates a gap between the feet and the floor. I didn’t demonstrate it that well in the video
