Why is it that the Mirrorwatch Sombra skin looks to be legendary more than Hashimoto Kiriko and yet that skin is ACTUALLY clarified as a EPIC SKIN?

Sombra’s gun is no different from the normal ow 2 skin. The same can be said about Kiriko, but I don’t see kiriko as legendary skin either so it’s pretty dumb comparing to ow 1 skin differences pattern.
