Wille made public statements about not pursuing a romantic relationship and avoiding being seen together. He initially refused to issue a statement but later did so. It's worth noting that Wille didn't even recognize that the song was about him at first; his response was just a casual "huh huh." Jan Olf's is a reminder to Simon that the relationship will not work ( we know Wille's struggle and we want Wilmon) but Simon has to protect himself. The only way to restore trust is to stand up to the court in some way big or small in Simon's presence. I see it as a sign of personal growth.

girl ik you’re enjoying YR so i really recommend watching SKAM (norway). if you decide to watch it i recommend watching season 3. each season is about a different main character but the background characters are from the previous season so you can still watch it without any context. all i’ll say about it is that it’s set in high school and gives heartstopper x YR vibes 😶😶
