I found you a little over a month now and have been practicing your tips and already lost TEN POUNDS! I just wanted to say thank you so so much for sharing these videos 💕
Lovely lipstick shade 💕🙂 I started eating more vegetable soups and Im a vegan since a few days. I prefer intuitive eating to counting calories. I love spicy butternut squash curry, butternut squash soup, quiche lorraine and broccoli soup.
It would be great to see how people eat in France when they actually physically go to work (not working from home like most of us do now) to get a more realistic picture of how the meal prep and in general eating habits look like. And also, to see how much time do French people take for meal when working in the office etc. :)
this is the best video on this topic i have seen. most of them just seem so corny and unrealistic as a person who struggles with binging. i will try to implement these things into my daily life
Thanks for these confirmations I was just saying this .Thanks for the tips with Putting the fork down after each bite also stopping to ask yourself are we still hungry or full I think I've done that one before but not consistently enough as I stopped when full
Hi, Do you think if one focuses on eating 3 square meals a day, no snacking, would be a helpful way to achieve this and get into better eating habits? Thanks.
I LOVE everything about you and your wonderful honesty and terrific ideas!!!! And I Love your truth about the American diet which is horrible!! We all know it!! THANK YOU FOR HELPING US!!!!😊
I often feel like people just don't naturally think about their eating habits. Knowing about nutrition and how to use that info is super important, especially now with all these artificial and unhealthy foods. In this fast-paced life, processed foods have really messed up our ability to eat healthy and organic, which has led to a global health crisis. People unknowingly eat way more calories than they need, ending up obese. Nature gives us foods high in nutrition and low in calories, but we humans go and make stuff that's packed with calories and... you know what. What's your take on that?
I am really enjoying your videos! I have been practicing your tips and seeing results. I have been very intentional about what, how, when I eat, how my food tastes, looks, feels and smells. I am learning to pay attention to my hunger and fullness cues. I have had lifelong difficulties with my weight and through your videos I am realizing that I have not been eating mindfully, I wasn't paying attention to my body. I am changing my relationship with food, enjoying it, and the weight is starting to come off. As you stated, I was practicing mindful eating to promote health, and enjoy the experience. The weight loss is a side benefit. Thank you for these videos, they are changing my life! I am grateful!

I was 206lbs and super weak now I’m 186lbs and stronger then ever but I feel that I have built a bad relationship with food from constantly tracking my macros and weighing myself everyday I’ve been binging every now and then... I feel that it is time to let go and start building a better relationship with food thanks to your videos my eyes are opening 🙏🏽
Lucie, how often is it okay to have sweet treats? I try to keep my refined sugar intake low, and only eat sweets about once a week. Should I lower or increase that amount? Thank you ❤
Very well framed video I realized today that your videos are longer whereas other people on RUclips try to keep it short probably due to attention span on these informative videos, very well explained.
@@Edukalebylucie hey can you make a video about vitamin D , vitamin d got even more popular in pandemic , I tried to understand about its role and minimum doses but everyone has different things to say.
Hello! I am currently practicing Intuitive Eating, and I really liked the video as it explains the motion of Mindful Eating. However, I have a question: could you please clarify why you put Mindful Eating as a priority, as something that should be practiced prior to Intuitive Eating? Isn't it more important to first allow yourself to be completely free around any food and stop restricting yourself before learning to actually eat for both health and pleasure? Doesn't it seems a bit restrictive to dive into Mindful Eating at first? It truly feels like another diet, so it may not be helpful in overcoming eating disorders of any kind. Thank you in advance for your answer!
Eating unreservedly doesn't cure eating disorders. I read Brain Over Binge by Kathryn Hanseñ and found real guidance to help me get over binge eating disorder. It involves saying no to food when having a craving and she teaches me how in the Brain Over Binge Recovery Guide.

I'd say around once or twice a week should be completely fine as long as you don't completely stuff yourself:)
Will you Make a video aplying with us mindful eating??? I am interested
A friend of mine muy besty has anorexia do u think mindful eating work for her in order to recover????
OMG - with a toddler eating is so far away from mindful eating
I can totally understand!

Mindful eating is a practice I'm using to regain control of what I eat, now I need to work on deciding when and where I get distracted.
That’s great!
Thank you this really helped
What to do when u r on a diet and one day u just overeat 🤐🤐🤐
That’s why I don’t like diets !! They aren’t sustainable and cause you to want to « cheat »!
As a mom of 4 boys I usually cram something in my mouth while standing, but I try to close my eyes and take deep breath before taking the fist bite.
Thanks for the tip!
